Very nice experience. The service was amazing and welcoming. Everything was on time and any questions or needs I had was done very quickly. Would come back again. My wife was a big fan of the pools. The view especially was amazing from the room.

L'hotel era molto pulito , il personale era molto gentile e disponibile, anche l'addetto alla reception ha reso l'esperienza migliore con i suoi suggerimenti nel complesso è stata un'esperienza straordinaria e ci torneremo presto albergo fantastico

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti nel mese di Agosto presso questa struttura. Al momento del Check-In ci è stato comunicato che avremmo dovuto cambiare per ben 2 volte la camera per lavori di ristrutturazione. Nelle prime due camere il bagno puzzava di marcio. La colazione è stata l'esperienza peggiore! Non era a buffet ma bisognava fare la propria scelta la sera precedente specificando gli alimenti (pochissima scelta) e persino l'orario (8.30-9.30-10). Dosi ridotte e servizio pessimo effettuato da un cameriere immusonito e incapace di comunicare. L'ultima camera nel nuovo edificio distante dal principale era in effetti nuova e decisamente più bella. La colazione veniva servita in camera senza purtroppo poterla scegliere. Abbiamo quindi avuto la sorpresa ricevere una colazione da noi non gradita. Ciliegina sulla torta, l'addetto al transfer in auto dall'Hotel verso l'aeroporto (servizio al costo di 40 euro) non si è nemmeno degnato di aiutarci nel trasporto e carico dei bagagli. Non consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura.

Nous avions choisi et payé une suite premium avec vue sur la caldera Nous avions une vue sur la piscine qui derrière les vitres donné sur la caldera et une vue parking de l’autre côté qui donnée sur une vue mer… Le jacuzzi était plutôt une baignoire améliorée sans sécurité car même en faisant attention je suis tombée… J’ai tenté un dialogue sans succès avec un propriétaire autoritaire. Pas de choix sur l’heure du petit déjeuner et pas le droit de ne pas être d’accord avec cela… Chambre spacieuse mais à l’hygiène un peu limite, odeur nauséabondes dans la salle de bain Belle piscine mais dangereuse, sol glissant et visse qui dépasse sur le sol de la douche Un spa annoncé qui n’en est pas un, une table de massage pas de sauna ni de jacuzzi ou hammam… Et un accès à l’hôtel plus que limite voir dangereux Nous déconseillons vivement

Excellent accommodation, away from the crowds. We found it a great way to relax and enjoy Santorini by renting a car and basing ourselves away from crowded Oia and Fira. We could drive there (or take a taxi, if necessary). and then escape again. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was excellent. Views spectacular, to both sides of the peninsula. And the staff were so helpful and obliging, providing advice about beaches, restaurants, airport/ferry transfers etc. Highly recommended.

What an amazing experience. We really enjoyed our stay there. We felt like it was our home. From the check in we were greeted by the host Teo, he really took care of us and made us feel like he was a friend we havent seen for years. Then, in the evening we enjoyed the hotels restaurant and my god, amazing food. We tried the shrimps, kalamri and the chicken al acreme. It was delicious. Miss Anna (the cook) is one of the best! We really had an amazing experience there. I strongly recommend you going there if you are looking for a nice get away. One upside though. There was an eldery couple next to our room that was complaining about everything. My opinion is that he was mad that england lost the euro final. He was always complaining about the hotel being far from the capital fira. But he knew where he booked, he knew that it eas far from there. I dont really know why he was mad about everything. He didnt let us even enjoy our veranda at night. In other words. We really recommend this place to everyone who want to enjoy their time there. Thank you to everyone.

Il y avait beaucoup de vent et nous n’avons pas pu profiter des extérieurs. Il y avait moins de vent plus bas dans la baie. La vue sur la caldera et le coucher de soleil est plus que parfaite! L’accès est très pentu et étroit et c’est en dehors du centre. Il y a une supérette plus bas avec les nécessaires. Le déjeuner est ok. Un buffet aurait été moins compliqué et plus satisfaisant que d’attendre pour chaque toast. De part la qualité du petit déjeuner, nous avons pris nos autres repas ailleurs. Nous avons choisi une suite avec canapé lit parce que l’on avait besoin de 2 lits. le canapé lit n’était pas préparé et on nous a déposé les draps après demande et nous avons dû faire notre lit. au final, il était impossible d’y dormir car la lumière de sortie de secours était tellement lumineuse! le jacuzzi privé était froid, il y a plusieurs petites défectuosités dans la suite.

Not for us...booked and paid for three nights stayed for one. Positives the views - fabulous! most of the staff (except the male receptionist/waiter who was most unsympathetic to our situation). the welcoming owner and his son the warm and informative welcome the very lovely village however due to significant negatives the hotel was not for us. Negatives After travelling the Cyclades Islands for 3 weeks we decided to book a quintessential romantic Santorini white and blue villa style hotel for our last three days. The photos of the hotel were exactly what we wanted. However our room was seperate from the hotel in a new annex and not the pretty white washed accommodation. We were transported by car as it was down a quite steep hill, away from the main hotel. Our superior suite was a terracotta maisonette with a pathway running right in front of the window, which was used regularly by guests and staff, allowing absolutely no privacy for the planned 'romantic' last three days of our wonderful Greek holiday. Hugely disappointing. I returned to reception and spoke to a quite unhelpful and unsympathetic guy covering reception about a move to somewhere with more privacy or perhaps a partial refund. He gave a firm no - explaining it was a superior suite - the hotel had provided what we requested. I explained about the lack of privacy but to no avail so we decided to try to relax and go for lunch. The food at the pool was very slow, too slow and the quality was poor. Perhaps we've been spoilt travelling the islands but the food quality here was nothing like what we'd experienced to date, including at other pool bars. Yes, as the helpful lady explained, it was pool snacks but in the evening the restaurant food wasn't good quality either. Prawn saganaki is my favourite Greek dish but not at this resturant! The final straw was the noise during the night - very poor soundproofing - we could hear our neighbours' talking until 3am. We had very little sleep. Shattered, we stayed for breakfast (which was lovely) and left with nowhere else to stay. We wanted privacy, quiet rest and whitewashed Santorini but sadly didn't find it here. We'd go back to Akrotiri, it is a very peaceful and relaxing village, but not the Kalestesia Suites. Sadly, a costly mistake as the suite was not for us and we had to book alternative accommodation at our cost. Disappoint end to an amazing three weeks in Greece.

What an experience! Our favourite hotel so far in Santorini, child friendly. We were in the new part in the senior suite with jacuzzi. View from the room and the jacuzzi is unreal.Also the new part has a huge pool facing the caldera is amazing ! The sunset from the top of the old part of the hotel building is magical! The staff is so friendly and the manager Theo is unbelievably helpful and is there for you to arrange anything ( car rental, restaurant booking ) . We have never seen such a hard working hotel manager! Breakfast they deliver to the room, From the pool bar you can order food during the day and from 6/7 the restaurant is opens which offers unbelievably delicious food. 3 restaurants offer free pick up from the hotel , from them our favourite was Theofanis food experience- it is a must to try. Our modern, new room was cleaned daily and it was spotlessly clean. Overall it was a lifetime experience and we can not wait to return, would definitely choose this hotel again ❤️
