The view is absolutely stunning, and the room is very spacious! If you choose the romantic suite, you can see the entire town of Fira and the distant volcano from the balcony—there’s truly no better view in all of Fira. Having breakfast on the balcony while admiring the beauty of Fira will be one of my most unforgettable memories in Santorini. Although it’s a bit far from the center of Fira, you can drive directly from town to a spot near the apartment. There are some steps from the road to the reception, but the helpful staff will assist you with your luggage. There’s a cat that often roams around the property and may even wander into the room. You’re welcome to pet it, but be careful not to get bitten.

房間非常寬敞明亮，景觀非常漂亮！

Could not be happier with this hotel! I was travelling in December so alot of hotels were not available but honestly I would probably chose this one everytime! The room was great, the porch was lovely and the views were amazing. The staff was super nice and friendly. Def 10/10 for me

這個酒店位置非常好，面朝大海，很安靜。而且靠近路邊汽車可到，不用爬很多的階梯。房間很乾凈，服務很周到，真的很慶幸住在這裏。

We reserved double room but unlike the pictures the room was small, if you are expecting the sea view do not book the double room.

호텔 데스크 직원 때문에 이 호텔의 이미지가 추락했어요. 미리 예약한 택시 서비스, 짐 옮겨주는 포터는 친절했어요. 특히 포터 아저씨 선함이 온몸에 묻어나고 웃으며 짐을 번쩍 들고 옮겨주신 덕분에 수많은 계단에도 살았답니다. 근데 3박 중 이틀째에 클리닝을 하다가 무슨 급한 일이 생긴 건지 방 밖에 쓰레기와 수건을 놔두고 문에 키를 꽂아두고 간 걸 발견했습니다. 그래서 데스크에 알려줬더니 대뜸 “우리 열쇠 아냐. 네 키 아니냐?”라고 함. “키가 5개 이상 주렁주렁 달린 키가 어떻게 내 키이며, 내가 호텔에 돌아오니 그 상태였다.”했는데도 잡아떼고 자기들은 그럴리가 없다고 함. 무슨 응대가 그 따위인지? 사과 절대 안하고 자기는 잘못없고 누가 잘못했는지 찾아내기 위해 묻는 과정 중에 있는 질문이었다네요. 내가 사장이라면 이 직원 자릅니다. 고객응대의 기본이 안 되어있고 산토리니의 아름다운 추억을 유일하게 망친 사람이네요. 그딴식으로 일하는 직원이 계속 일한다면, 이 호텔의 다른 좋은 점은 잊혀지고 직원 때문에 이 호텔의 나쁜 기억만 가득할 것입니다. 다시 산토리니에 간다해도 이 직원이 있다면 이 호텔에 절대 묵지 않을 것입니다.

這家酒店是我精挑細選的觀景看見的對面懸崖房子角度最好的一家，衹比5800那個伊亞古堡遜色一些，比五千以下其他家觀景都好，而且優點是下車就是，不用走。別看離路邊近，它是樓梯下去的鬧中取靜很安靜。住了三晚，不同房型。除了洞穴屋在離酒店10分鐘步行的地方但有酒店車免費送去，那邊房子比酒店這裏大，也有室外浴缸，觀景是另外一個感覺，但是門口就是一個藍頂的教堂有鮮花前景，拍寫真的人絡繹不絕比較吵。 其他房型都在酒店這裏，拍照很漂亮。給大家曬圖看看。前4張是洞穴房間門口的風景。後面都是酒店內看見的風景。

房間乾淨，露台很大，景色絕美，離最熱鬧的地方大概500米，鬧中取靜不錯

ホテルからフィラ街まで歩くには結構大変だった。 しかし、高台にある為眺めに関しては最高のロケーションだった。 ホテルのフロントの女の方がとても親切で、テラスで夕焼けを楽しんでいたら、グラスワインとスナックを持って来てくれた。 部屋は狭いが、清潔だった。

Arrived before check-in time. We were planning to store our luggage and head out to explore Santorini but Christina was processed our booking and arranged for us to check-in. Their Porter was fantastic too. Though he had to lug our 4 heavy luggage up the steps to hotel, and then to our room, and was panting after that, he did it with a smile. Loved the view from the balcony. Rooms were clean and breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again if I should visit Santorini again.
