酒店環境，服務都很好

Recommended to those have cars or just enjoy spending time in hotel pool. It took 20mins on foot to downtown in Thira. Laundry service was available at 10EUR per bag.

The hotel is a bit far from the Thera center, but overall is nice to stay.

Location wasn't the best, you probably need a car if not its a 20 min walk to the city

我驚訝於攜程居然可以以其他平台60%的價格就能入住這家四星級酒店（2個月前預訂各個平台比價），尤其是旺季真的不要太離譜！酒店英語使用率普及，位於Fira小鎮步行15min，房間設定一般，但是服務態度很好，餐廳有一衹家養的小貓🐈看門。 這個價格在其他平台上衹能定一個旺季的青年旅舍，在攜程上卻可以入住四星酒店，這一點必須反手給個贊👍

Nice reception and nice place A little but far away! But you can see a great view

Hotel was just 15 min away from Fira and convenient to move about. I stayed at the traditional windmill room. Stairs were so high and so difficult to get to the room at 2nd floor. Toilet was extremely cramped and using the toilet bowl was such a hassle even for an average frame of mine. Hotel should look into it and make some changes. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Santorini.

服務很熱情，房間比較舊，風大的時候房間裏會吱吱響，離市中心bus站還有一段距離。對比島上其他酒店價格，衹能説性價比也還可以

Though quite a walking distance to most local shops and restaurants, the place was quiet for resting at night. The room was very spacious. I went on a February so it was cold. I wish climate control of room was better and better shower curtain so the whole bathroom floor doesn’t get slippery after. I need to wipe the floor with the extra towel to avoid slipping. Other than that, my stay was nice and good healthy breakfast included daily. I got a good deal!

服務非常好，入住時對島上的各個景點作了詳盡介紹，還推薦了優質餐館。 酒店設施有點陳舊，冬季沒開暖氣，空調的舒適度不夠。但總體管理不錯，環境整潔乾淨。淡季的早餐也有足夠的選擇，每天還有不同的熱餐食。

Staffs were very nice and helpful, breakfast was very good and the room was clean and tidy.

We were very pleased with the service provided, the friendly staff at the reception helped us with arranging the transfers and calling taxi, as well as lending us a hand by calling our car rental company in our next location! The only thing that could have been better was that the room that we got, the toilet door could not be closed fully, likely due to the wind from the toilet window, thus we had to always secure it with another object in front of the toilet door. The balcony door also had slight issues due to the strong winds in santorini. Bed was extremely comfy with it being super king size. Fresh towels everyday and the hotel staff would do daily cleaning of the room when you’re out. Location was a plus because it’s a 15 minutes walk from Fira Square, walking from the hotel was doable in the day. However the streets made it difficult to walk in the night as there were no streets lights so we always had to cabbed from Fira Square (carpooling with other couples, charged at 10 euros per trip). Staffs were generally accommodative and breakfast was not too bad; limited options but it changes daily for the mains. Water isn’t provided so be prepared to spend some money on buying water.

We stayed at this beautiful place for 3 nights during our visit to Santorini this December 2021. Very beautiful and clean property. Great Hospitality & very friendly staff. The reception takes notes on our allergy issues ( This is my first such experience). No words to thank Chef Spyros for being so considerate & thoughtful. My daughter has Dairy Allergy issues and the chef made sure that there are enough food options for her without dairy, even the desserts. Each meal was special and special thanks to Chef Spyros, The Sous Chef and all the support staff. We enjoyed every moment of our stay @ Milos Villas. Thank you.
