One of my most pleasurable stays. The hotel is a pleasant retreat from an adventurous day scavenging the island. The rooms are generous and well thought out. The hotel has a very nice breakfast area and tables to sit and enjoy an afternoon or evening by the pool. The hotel’s owner, Mr. Vaggelis, is friendly and helpful and makes the stay even more enjoyable. When I return to Santorini, I will stay here again.

Everything that you want and need with the personal touch that you only get at smaller privately run hotels! Pretty location with mountain views. Vast selection of restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. Beach a stones throw away. Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained from top to bottom in all areas. Well laid out modern rooms with great air conditioning. The most helpful, hard working and attentive team. Thank you

Joanna Villas is located in a beautiful spot in Kamari Santorini. The hotel rooms and surroundings were immaculately presented and it was evident that the owner and his team pride themselves on the cleanliness and presentation. The pool area was very welcoming and ideal for a quiet afternoon to chill out in the sun. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, it was very comfortable and had its own balcony which had views of the garden, pool and a mountain view a lovely place to sit and have morning coffee. The Owner Vangellis was very friendly and helpful and gave us great tips on places to visit and recommended some lovely restaurants. Vangellis made us feel very welcome and made all his guests feel that his hotel was home from home. Thank you for a lovely stay in your hotel and we will definitely return.

Vangelis was a great host, good communication and lots of helpful tips on where to go/eat. We had a brilliant family holiday in Joanna Villas. The apartments are perfectly situated, close to the shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. The pool is a good size and never too busy. The apartment was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

What a gorgeous find! A lovely warm welcome from our host, spotless & modern rooms, comfy beds, beautiful surroundings for breakfast and around the pool, a perfect short walk from the buzz of Kamari, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Car hire just across the road. A lovely breakfast, it’s the perfect offering and if you make it in time you also get freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh natural yoghurt. It was also the small things that really impressed me at Joanna Villas, complimentary water for our stay, the rooms were really equipped with everything you could imagine needing; fridge freezer, glasses, bottle opener, washing up liquid & sponges, pots, plates and pans and cutlery. A small electric ring cooker, kettle, hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel & shampoo. Downstairs on the table was always a pile of fresh clean towels for the pool which we borrowed when we went to the beach which was ideal to save on space in our suitcases! The grounds are gorgeous and so well looked after, Vangelis really does look after the place and you can tell a lot of love is put into this family business. Vangelis really knows his stuff, he will happily help you with any questions, book car hire / excursions or taxi transfers with you. The cleaners are friendly and do an exceptional job, our room was spotless and fresh towels daily. Thank you for a fabulous stay, and helping us plan our trip around the island. We would be back in a heartbeat! I travel a-lot for work and not many places you get this experience and I feel so so thankful we found this perfect place.
