Smy Mediterranean White Santorini

I had a very nice 2 day stay at this hotel, it was located closely to the airport. The owner was very helpful and the rest of the staff the room had a balcony overlooking the pool. Their is a local shop closeby where you can buy coffees and breakfast.

La posizione del resort è davvero strategica: si trova a pochi minuti dall’aeroporto e a soli sei minuti da Kamari. L’ingresso è ampio e curato, con un grande spazio dedicato al parcheggio dei mezzi, molto comodo per chi arriva in auto o moto. All’interno, la struttura si apre su un elegante giardino con una splendida piscina, circondata da tavoli e da un bar dove è possibile pranzare, cenare o semplicemente sorseggiare un drink in totale relax. La camera che ci è stata assegnata si affacciava proprio sul giardino, offrendoci una vista molto piacevole; in più, disponevamo anche di una piscina privata esterna, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. L’alloggio era spazioso e confortevole, sebbene l’arredamento meriterebbe un rinnovamento per essere maggiormente in linea con lo stile raffinato della struttura. Un capitolo a parte merita il personale: davvero straordinario. Le ragazze della reception, in particolare, si sono dimostrate professionali, cordiali, ospitali e sempre disponibili, contribuendo a rendere la nostra esperienza indimenticabile. In conclusione, ci siamo trovate benissimo e consigliamo vivamente questo resort a chi desidera vivere un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.

Shockingly Poor Service on Our Honeymoon We booked the hotel for our honeymoon, only to be told upon arrival that our reservation had been moved to a “sister” hotel without our consent. The room we were given was a clear downgrade: no view, no TV, broken bedside lights with exposed wiring, dirty pool areas, broken plant vases, and overall poor cleanliness. When I went back to the original hotel booked to try and fix this, I raised these issues with a staff member named Maria, who claimed to be the manager, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She shouted, refused to take responsibility, and said she was “only a receptionist” with no one higher to speak to. I witnessed as well Maria being rude at the phone with one agent from “love holidays booking” when everyone was just trying to find a solution for this unpleasant happening. At one point, she even shouted at me asking if I wanted her to “kick people out” to accommodate me—completely inappropriate behavior. This ruined what should have been a special honeymoon. The hotel must take responsibility for its mistakes, address serious safety and cleanliness issues, and ensure staff handle guests with professionalism and respect Attached some pictures of the downgraded hotel we have been sent for. Loved this hotel, so relaxing, the food was delish and the staff were so friendly. It's only 5 minutes from the airport and its not far from anywhere else. We felt we got the best of both worlds because other areas are so busy and they were nice to visit but it was better to come back to some peace and quiet. Plenty of things to do that can be arranged through the hotel too. All in all, we'd recommend this hotel.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile in questa splendida struttura. Siamo partiti in coppia e sin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa. La posizione è davvero strategica e lontana dal caos, ideale per chi cerca relax. A pochi passi da Kamari, con i suoi numerosi lidi e le incantevoli spiagge. Santorini è un’isola piccola, quindi in appena mezz’ora di quad raggiungevamo facilmente anche l’altro lato (Oia, Fira e i Merovigli). Il personale dell’hotel è estremamente gentile e professionale. Ci hanno aiutati nell’organizzazione del soggiorno, consigliandoci escursioni e attività, e supportandoci anche per il noleggio del mezzo. Un ringraziamento speciale a Suzanna e Maria, due ragazze alla reception dolcissime e sempre disponibili, ogni giorno ci regalavano un sorriso. Le camere sono pulite e curate, la piscina è semplicemente mozzafiato e il ristorante interno è di ottimo livello. Se un giorno torneremo a Santorini, non avremo dubbi su dove alloggiare. Struttura consigliatissima! A presto!
