Se preso in considerazione per la camera più nuove, è da 5 stelle, altrimenti il punteggio scende a 2.. fatevi confermare quelle più nuove ed avrete un soggiorno stupendo sia per vista, posizione (10 minuti dal centro) e piscina. Condizione familiare molto disponibile.

La titolare Irene è gentilissima, sempre sorridente e pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta per fare sentire gli ospiti come a casa propria. Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza 24 con una vista spettacolare sull'isola. Comoda e pulita la piscina, unica nota negativa la doccia molto piccola.

The owners were lovely, our room was very clean and it was in a great location. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. There are nice restaurants close by and it's close to lots of the main attractions in Fira. We really enjoyed our stay.

We arrived in Santorini and found that the agency had not made the reservation correctly at another hotel. At 11 at night we were on the street looking for a hotel and we saw each other on the street. We arrived at Hotel Hellas and everything was smiles. We chose the cheapest room, but Irene offered us a better room for the same price. The hotel is very clean and close to the center with a fantastic pool. It is one of those places where you are at home, comfortable. If I return to Santorini, I will return to this hotel and I recommend it because I cannot do anything other than thank Irene a thousand times for her attention and kindness when we were lost and for all the help her offered us. Llegamos a Santorini y nos encontramos con que la agencia no había hecho la reserva correctamente en otro hotel. A las 11 de la noche estabamos en la calle buscando un hotel y nos veíamos en la calle. Llegamos al Hotel Hellas y todo fueron sonrisas. Elegimos la habitación más barata, pero Irene nos ofreció quedarnos con una mejor habitación por el mismo precio. El hotel muy limpio y cerca del centro con una piscina fantástica. Es de esos lugares donde te encuentras en casa, en familia, a gusto. Si vuelvo a Santorini, volveré a este hotel y recomiendo porque no puedo hacer otra cosa que darles las gracias mil veces por su atención y amabilidad cuando nos encontrábamos perdidos y por toda la ayuda que nos ofrecieron.

À notre arrivée, une accueil chaleureuse et très agréable. La gérante, nous a surclassé ! L’hôtel est bien situé à proximité du centre de Fira, Il est également très calme. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et elles furent excellentes ! Merci beaucoup ☺️

First the good. The couple that owns the hotel are lovely! They couldn't be nicer. The pool is exquisite. It must be 12 feet deep. It's not a kiddy pool. Crystal clear and chilled perfectly to my liking. The room was a nice size and very clean. The price was very reasonable. Short walk to the edge of the mountain and majestic views. The bad: there was only electrical outlet to plug in my devices and it was about 4 feet off the ground with nothing under it. Unless you have a 6-ft charging cord, you're out of luck. I had to rearrange the furniture, move the desk under the outlet, then prop the garbage can on the desk so I could charge my Ipad and phone. The shower is tiny! It only has the shower handle with an attachment at about 3ft, so you're bathing with one hand. They do not provide shampoo, conditioner or lotion so bring your own. There is no breakfast provided either. Do not take the public bus or a paid shuttle from the port. It took me longer to get from the port to the hotel than it did to get from Crete to Santorini by ferry! Just spend the 35 euros and get a cab. The most you need is two nights and three days. It's like walking around in fine art. Beautiful to behold but not very functional. You can eat, drink and shop. Other than that, the joy is to behold it's beauty.
