房間很新,伊亞小鎮太過嘈雜,服務感覺一般,中規中矩吧

除左地點超方便和早餐好食,服務上真係吾知點批評
(1) 我好早plan好呢個honeymoon,所以一早就email酒店幫助call 接駁車(€70/程),早一晚再email酒店溫馨提醒,點知到步都仲係唔記得左我地,打返電話俾前台,先急急忙忙幫手司機
(2) 下午Oia太陽太曬,回房攤抖訓午覺的時候,酒店露台(沒有圍欄)出現了兩個中國一男一女小朋友,酒店的房間門可以關閉但同時開窗成為玻璃門,見到出邊的景觀,個細路女一直望住我地訓教,直到我老公醒左見到,趕佢地走,而個細路仔就係我地露台到望風景。我一起身知道情況後,立即同酒店前台講,前台聲稱係訪客迷了路。。。一兩句帶過,超冇安全感
(3) 當日除左投訴個兩個小朋友外,我再千叮萬囑酒店我第二日都要接駁車去碼頭(費事好似到步個日佢忘記了我地),7:30 Room service breakfast,8:00上接駁車。點知第二日朝早早餐遲了7分鐘到,叫我老公落去催,已經食到好匆忙,酒店前台之後7:53 call上房催我地check out ,下一秒有個好冇禮貌的酒店服務員直接用萬能卡開我地房門幫我地拎行李,我仲換緊衫。。。超匆忙咁出左酒店出邊,點知個接駁車司機都未到,烈日當空下又等咗10分鐘,酒店服務員自己係有蓋地方食煙,而我地自己太陽底下睇住兩個行李。。。
(4) 最緊要係中午出去食午餐翻酒店之後,發現房間洗手間竟然比人用過(因為佢忘記了沖廁。。。)

Speechless!
Apart from the extremely convenient location and tasty breakfast, I really don’t know how to criticize their service.
1. I planned this honeymoon very early, so I emailed the hotel in advance to arrange an airport transfer (€70 per trip). I even sent a follow-up email the night before to remind them. However, when we arrived, they still forgot about us. I had to call the front desk, and only then did they hastily arrange for a driver to pick us up.
2. In the afternoon, the sun in Oia was too harsh, so we went back to the room to rest and take a nap. While resting, two Chinese kids (a boy and a girl) appeared on our balcony (which has no railing). The hotel room door can be closed, but it also has windows that double as glass doors, allowing us to see the outside. The little girl kept staring at us while we were sleeping until my husband woke up, saw them, and shooed them away. The boy, meanwhile, was just on our balcony enjoying the view. When I woke up and realized what happened, I immediately told the hotel front desk. The front desk claimed that the kids were "lost visitors" and brushed it off with just a few words. It was extremely unsettling and left me feeling unsafe.
3. On the same day, after complaining about the two kids, I repeatedly reminded the hotel to arrange the transfer to the pier for the next day (to avoid them forgetting us again like the day we arrived). We requested room service breakfast at 7:30 AM and the transfer at 8:00 AM. However, the next morning, breakfast was 7 minutes late. My husband had to go down and urge them, and we ended up eating in a rush. At 7:53 AM, the front desk called our room to push us to check out. The next second, a rude hotel staff member used a master key to open our room door to help "collect our luggage" – while I was still changing clothes! We hurriedly left the hotel, only to find that the transfer driver hadn’t even arrived yet. Under the scorching sun, we had to wait another 10 minutes while the hotel staff smoked in the shade, leaving us to stand in the sun watching over our two suitcases.
4. The most important issue: after going out for lunch and returning to the hotel, we discovered that the bathroom in our room had been used (because someone forgot to flush the toilet...).
