非常糟糕的酒店，酒店就是一個黑店。一間房一晚上1.5歐的環境税，酒店經理收了我們15歐，剛開我們沒有反應過來。後邊看預訂訂單才發現環境税衹需要交1.5歐，後邊找到前台理論，前台不僅態度惡劣，還拒絕取消第二天的房間，完完全全是一個黑店，而且整個服務態度非常糟糕。並且這家酒店非常偏僻，離景點中心很遠，酒店周圍跟荒漠一樣，黑燈瞎火，什麼都沒有。打車到中心，8分鐘車程，酒店要收我們160人民幣，簡直太嚇人了。找到攜程處理，攜程的處理態度也非常消極，一味推卸責任，就是一個黑平台➕黑店，去聖託里尼玩兒的小夥伴們，大家一定擦亮眼睛，千萬千萬不要訂這家酒店。也千萬千萬不要在攜程上訂酒店了，黑平台➕黑酒店，太嚇人了。

剛入住即是晴天霹靂，一地螞蟻，酒店僅補償了一次叫車服務，甚至沒有給我們更換房間。在退房收取城市税的時候，本應該收取3歐，老闆開口要收10歐，還好我清楚應該付多少…不然被白白收取7歐。酒店的位置並不好，去Oia或者Fira兩個小鎮遊玩的話衹能通過打車36歐前往。酒店內沒有免費的瓶裝水，這與產品頁面顯示的不符，在我通過攜程管家要求後，酒店才給我們兩瓶水，並且第二晚拒絕給我們免費提供瓶裝水。

滿分的酒店，非常熱情好客的店主，房間很大很舒適，衛生整潔，還有按摩熱水池。 因為這趟是求婚之旅，酒店還幫忙訂了鮮花，也送了香檳給我們慶祝。酒店餐廳的味道也是一流，每天的早餐也非常豐盛。

This hotel has no impressive view of scene. Yet, the owner is very nice, helpful and served with great hospitality. Though the room was given a bit late due to urgent fixing room facility, the owner has felt great sorry and allowed delay check-out and complimentary drinks as compensation. There are lots of parking space. If you have a car to drive in Santorini and do not want to pay extra money for scenic view, I would say En Plo is the most value-for-money choice.

A beautiful apartment /hotel with lovely pool area. Lovely and quiet. Breakfast was huge with lots of different food to try ( served a la carte though so we worried about waste sometimes ~ perhaps can be explained on the first day so you can decide if you want to eat it or not to ensure nothing gets wasted!) Apartment was clean, cool and with a nice terrace area. Coffee area and fridge so we were able to have morning coffees and keep some snacks and drinks. Helpful, friendly staff. We had to pay environment tax which was not an issue in itself, but we didn’t know until nearly check out time and cash was preferred~ perhaps we can include this in the price so it is not an extra expense at the end of the trip?

離伊亞小鎮巴士十分鐘的路程，如果從菲拉坐車到伊亞鎮不要下來，與司機講到這個酒店，司機會停的。2個歐的車費。老闆很熱情，還會教你幾句常用的希臘語。印象最深的還是老闆的娘（媽媽）的手藝，意麪真好吃，是在希臘期間最好吃的，沒有之一。難忘！

房間非常乾淨整潔 晚上很安靜沒有噪音 出門就可以看到海 店主態度非常友善 五星推薦❤️

Location is not easily accessible, can only take expensive taxi to get there.Others are goods.The place is good at Covid disinfection.More like the one you can find in Airnub, homestay.

En Plo Paradise The hotel is very beautiful. Great breakfast with fresh fruit. Rooms were immaculate. Hotel owners were a breath of fresh air....very accomodating and extremely kind.

Yhe rooms are lovely, clean and fresh. Spacious and great outdoor patio area. The out door area around the pool was very nice. Beautiful breakfasts especially the baking by Sergios mother. We were disappointed with the area out on the roadsides with a lot of rubbish including toilet paper and cigarette butts. Would be lovely if this could be cleaned up.

Une très belle affaire familiale, la tenue de l’hôtel et la propreté y est impeccable et irréprochable. Que dire de Sergio? Sergio est le pilier de l’établissement. On peut tout lui demander ou presque. D’une générosité exceptionnelle, d’un professionnalisme sans fin, Sergio sera la pour satisfaire vos demandes et toujours aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque, varié et extrêmement qualitatif. Je recommande a tous de venir faire connaissance avec Sergio qui enchantera votre séjour et vous apportera les nombreux petits plus à la “Sergio”.

L'hotel è perfetto per cura dell'ospite, pulizia, cura degli ambienti comuni, piscina,ampiezza delle stanze, tranquillità. Ottimo!!! La sua posizione però necessita la disponibilità di un mezzo per spostarsi: ci sono i bus pubblici che passano davanti ma con orari fissi e non sempre comodi. Comunque, con una macchina a disposizione, location super consigliata

The property was extremely CLEAN, the breakfast was exceptionally good, my daughter wasn’t feeling well & they were very accommodating by providing a to go breakfast along with juice & offered meds for her. I can see my husband & I staying there again.

We had a wonderful stay at En Plo Boutique Hotel in Santorini. The entire place was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The food was a highlight—especially the prawns and Red mullet, which were simply delicious. Sergio and his team were warm and welcoming, and Sergio himself was incredibly friendly and charming. He even taught us a few words in Greek, adding a personal touch to our experience. The hotel’s peaceful atmosphere and exceptional service made our visit truly memorable.
