The location and the sunsets are amazing! Our room was clean and spacious and we got every day free water bottles.

Great location and priced because it was in early November. I highly recommend this place.

This is the worst accommodation experience I have had since traveling abroad in Europe, and it didn't make me so angry. I hope I won't be fooled by this black shop! 1. Although a family room for three people at the administrative volcano crater was clearly booked online, they were asked to pay for an additional child's fee when they arrived at check in. They charged an extra 1500 yuan for two nights, and when asked why, they showed extreme impatience and a bad attitude!!! 2. The hotel location is also not good. It is halfway up the mountain, and taxis can only go to the main road. I made N phone calls in advance, but didn't answer any of them. Generally, this type of homestay hotel can request to come over and pick up some luggage together! Later on, I could only carry several suitcases while looking at the map for a long time, and only then did I find this shabby homestay on a very narrow path! 3. The room is old and dilapidated, and the equipment is also quite old, which can be tolerated. However, all the water released from the bathroom is yellow rust water, and the water has always been cold water, so there is no hot water available. The demand for a clean bath cannot be satisfied!!! Breakfast is also hasty, the bread is hard and unpleasant, and the service attitude is poor! 5. When checking out, there was no smiling face welcoming people. Unfortunately, after requesting to check out, we were not even allowed to sit at the door of the room and were asked to leave directly. We were not allowed to enter the open space at the door for half a step. This service attitude is really amazing, so such a black shop must be exposed. We have never been so angry before!

we stayed in superior room caldera view, the view was very nice indeed and room lovely, it has the santorini cave vibe. room clean, bathroom clean, hot water at any time. breakfast is not buffet, but they serve you lots of food and various, average quality, terrible coffee 😅 swimming pool sometimes is closed, sometimes it is opened, they do not have a fixed schedule which is a bit annoying if you are really into using the pool. the pool is big and it has a nice view. location is perfect, 10 minutes from the bus station, in the center, on the cliff with a great view of the volcano

Breakfast ok, but same thing every day. On the cliff so you have a excellent view. Near the center, food, shopping ans bus station. Customer service 0, Hotel room dirty and the bathroom unclean. Don't recommend. There are other hotels around the same area.

A piscina estava partida não deu para usufruir dela, cobram 10€ se deixarem toalhas no chão e nem avisao, cobraram-me 50€ a mim pelas toalhas e por ter sujo sem querer a coberta da cama, simplesmente deixaram um papel debaixo da porta para ir à receção que tinha de pagar 50€ exigiam em dinheiro físico e eu impõs-me e só pagaria por cartão e fatura. Fora isso correu tudo bem

Reservamos o hotel tendo em conta a localização e a piscina mas quando chegámos informaram nos que a piscina estava fechada há mais de um Ano! Penso que essa informação deveria ser dada no momento da reserva uma vez que faz toda a diferença.

Λόγω ανωτέρας βίας προσπάθησα μέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης, να ακυρώσω τη κράτηση μου ,δυστυχώς κάτι τέτοιο δεν συνέβη. .Οπότε η βαθμολογία μου είναι εφάμιλλη με τον επαγγελματισμό τους! Η βαθμολογία μου λοιπόν 1 /5 και πολύ τους είναι !

非常奇特的一家酒店，每天用早餐要爬十層樓的樓梯，哈哈
