這家也是觀日落的景觀飯店 周圍屬於深度度假區 石階上方配備小吃餐廳購物小店 都算蠻方便的。出門需要步行或是bus連結fira小鎮。 非常感謝拿房和退房幫我扛行李的兩位bellman。 人超好的！👍

We were placed in a very noisy part of the hotel far away from the pool and there was disco music most of the night. Next the breakfast was less than adequate. No choices just a tray of food . The pool was marginal . We paid too dollar for a marginal hotel . Too many steps between breakfast and room and pool. I would not recommend this hotel

the best view of santorini We highly recommend The Mill House for several reasons! The staff is AMAZING and very friendly Kelly exceeded our expectations by offering us a night in the room with a jacuzzi, which was wonderful, we were celebrating my birthday and my husband, with Kelly's incredible help, managed to surprise me, she also gave us information about the island. a kind and strong gentleman whose name I don't remember and I am so sorry was the one who carried our heavy luggage up the stairs to our beautiful room for 6 nights. The maids did an excellent job of keeping our room very clean. our delicious breakfast every morning in the west-facing breakfast bar with the most incredible views! The sunset from our room was stunning! again the kind and strong gentleman brought our heavy bags up the stairs! We loved staying at this hotel and will stay here again! fantastic hotel Thank you to everyone who made my birthday so special.

What an AMAZING experience. The views of the Aegean sea is not exaggerated in the pictures. It is every bit as beautiful. The property is amazing very nice rooms and somewhat quaint appears to be built into the hill/mountain. The service was awesome, Kelly at the front desk and Abdul and Andreaa were all very helpful. The property is a few steps down from the main road but the end of the walk you have this amazing place. It is not to far from Fira and there are lots of food options around. Overall this place EXCEEDED our Expectations and we look forward to returning at a future date.

What a fantastic place to stay , the views were amazing and we had a pool just outside our room as well as a bar . There were lounge chairs and pool towels supplied . Rooms were lovely , beds a bit on the hard side but the showers were hot and the air conditioner was cool. There was a pod coffee machine and a bottle of complimentary water in fridge and tea making items as well as toiletries and lovely body lotion . Breakfast was very substantial plenty to eat and fresh fruit as well . We ended up keeping what was left from our breakfast , we had for dinner that night after enjoying a restaurant meal for lunch . On arrival the man came and took our case down 128 steps , this was the only downfall , as we then had to walk back up the steps to go out . Kelly at reception was very helpful and we were given a lovely homemade lemonade on our arrival . Would recommend this place for the views , but not if you have bad knees . The porter then took our bags back to the top of the street as well , 4 trips up and down 128 steps Sunset was magnificent

Did not do my due diligence to read reviews.We went with friends and this hotel was recommended to them. We are in our 70’s. 137 steps to your room, very few handrails, no restaurant so you would have to climb back up 137 steps to the street and back down.The room is like a cave. Light was in my eyes, my husband is tall and hit his head twice and he had to bend down to look in the mirror. They give you one large bottle of water. You have to pay for a small breakfast. We had just been in a beautiful resort in Mykonos which was cheaper with restaurants, wonderful views , large room with balcony, Anything you would want for breakfast and included. They shuttle you to other restaurants for dinner if you desired. We immediately told them we couldn’t stay. Manager not available. We found the NOUS which was very nice but had to pay for our rooms. The next day the manager did offer us two rooms near the top but we had already made arrangements and they did comp our breakfast. Definitely for us not worth the money.

It is true that the properties at the Caldera do have some steps, around 80 in our case, but as we all can realize the Caldera and the Cliff is not a flat area. Exactly due to this unique location, the Hotel offers unobstructed views to the Volcano and the Aegean sea! Although upon your arrival early in the evening the Hotel was fully booked, next morning we were able enough to find alternative and solution to your request, offering 2 rooms of ours, Studios as per your reservation, in the upper location of our Hotel, which was a perfect match to your request! In regards to your other comment about restaurants, we strongly believe that having stayed with us you would easily find a great number of restaurants right above our Hotel, in our neighborhood. Alternatively, plenty of other guests do call for food delivery in our Hotel, without having to move from their rooms or from our swimming pool! With these in mind, we strongly believe that having accepted our alternative and solution, you would have a great time matching your special request, too. Just came back from a 5 day stay in Firostefani/ Santorini Greece at the Mill Houses. We LOVED it! Shout out to the staff as they were all so accommodating. Andrea, Thank you for your attentiveness at breakfast, Hiking our luggage up flights of stairs, attending to our hot tub and anything else we needed. Room was so comfy and huge! We were in the millhouse suite and it was perfect for me and my husband. Well appointed and so comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with great hospitality.

Llegamos a Santorini desde Miconos en Ferry, el Hotel Mill House nunca nos dijo que tenian servicio gratuito de traslado del puerto al hotel y los precios de los taxis en la isla son abusivos. Al llegar al hotel por una confusión nuestra, la reserva de nuestra habitación era para septiembre en vez de agosto, el hotel estaba completo y nos buscaron alojamiento en otro Hotel. EXPLICITAMENTE, les pregunte si al hacer la petición a booking para la devolución del importe ya abonado si no habría inconveniente en que nos devolvieran el dinero, respondieron que lo hiciéramos y que ellos accederían a la devolución, acabo de recibir la nota de booking que el hotel se queda con el 100 % del pago anticipado. A que se debe el cambio de postura?, pues a sacarse los problemas mientras el cliente esta en la Isla. Como les comente, yo soy hotelero y acaban de perder un cliente y muchos otros que entenderán su deshonestidad. Gracias x nada mentirosos.

Poca empatía ,llegamos a al hotel el día 20 de agosto por error nuestro que es un error humano y a cualquier persona le puede pasar y asumimos la culpa nos equivocamos en el mes ,nos dimos cuenta ,era para septiembre estábamos cansados acabamos de llegar ese día a la isla era tarde al llegar ellos no tenían habitaciones estaban llenos eso lo entendemos y el chico de Recepción nos ayudó a buscar otro hotel gracias a dios pero pedimos que nos cancelaran la reserva nos dijeron si escriban a booking hagan la petición cosa que hicimos al otro día fuimos nadie de reserva nos atendió para hacer la petición, la hicimos y el hotel no la acepto es una petición con un mes de antelación me parece que no era nada difícil y también podían atendernos no mandar la nota por booking de denegada la cancelación ,cuando comentamos en el hotel que queríamos la cancelación ese día ellos dijeron que no tenían ningún objeción que hiciéramos la petición a booking y ellos le darían la respuesta que si , al otro día no nos atendieron y ahora veo que su palabra vale poco porque le dijeron a booking que no

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue fantástica!. Estuvimos 3 noches de julio de 2024 en 2 habitaciones: una mi marido y yo y en la de al lado mis 2 hijos y muy bien. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y contábmos con una terraza practicamente para uso personal y poder disfrutar de las fantásticas vistas a la caldera de Santorini. La ubicación es perfecta, con restaurantes muy buenos al lado y a un paso del centro y de la zona donde poder dejar el coche en alquiler, pudiendo ir andando a comer y cenar. Especial mención a la amabilidad de Kelly que nos atendió nada mas llegar y a su gerente por sus recomendaciones, así como a Andreas que nos atendia en el desayuno y la mujer que nos hacía las habitciones todas las mañanas (perdón, no se el nombre), siempre tan amable y prudente al llegar a nuestra área. Recomendaría 100 % este hotel para una estancia en Santorini!.

Fantastic suites to visit Santorini. The fuites are lovely, clean, fantastic views. Very good location on the island The team was fantastic, very nice people. Near to the restaurants, bars and stores. Thanks to Kelly and Andreas for the attention.

My friend and I booked a 3 night stay at Mill House, it was by far the best customer service we have experienced since we started travelling Europe. We arrived at 2 am as our flights were changed last minute & Kelly came to Mill House to check us in at 2 am, extremely happy with the customer service & they all most definitely go above and beyond for their guests. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking about visiting Santorini! P.S the views & rooms are gorgeous, 100% worth your money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
