Excelente atencion y calidad, cordiales y muy atentos todo el personal. Una experiencia muy satisfactoria, totalmente recomendable, la proxima vuelvo con mi familia. Buena ubicacion. Muy tranquilo y comodo, una ubicacion ideal para recorrer la ciudad, esta cerca de todo.

I booked this property spur of the moment. The price was right, location excellent, breakfast ample and superb, the staff congenial (and most spoke passable English, which helped out this linguistically challenged Canadian!). I’m on a budget, like most travellers, so the Centropuerto airport shuttle bus, which drops you off a 5 minute walk from the hotel (2,000, or about $3) at Los Heros, was a bonus. They run every few minutes, so waiting isn’t an issue. Just a heads up, the hotel has just opened, so they’re still doing work and whatever I may write now may not be the case down the road. I never really noticed any noise, other than some street noise at night. The hot water took a while to flow but (….see above). On the other hand, everything is new and beautiful and sparkling. There’re plenty of dining, drinking and grocery options nearby, and the downtown area is an easy 10-15 minute - I like walking; it was no issue for me. Check out the nearby museo de la memorial y Los derechos humanos - it’s free entry and gives you some insight into modern Chilean history, the military dictatorship, and the disappeared. Sobering stuff. On a happier note, do get into the mountains; they’re not far and wondrous. As a final observation, I came down with a cold my final days. The staff were super kind, bringing me fresh fruit, pastries, and tea. Awesome people. Family.

We really liked the neighborhood and the property. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to the Palza de Armas, San Cristobal Hill, and the Museo Memoria. Also close to our favorite little restaurant Na Que Ver (ate there twice!).

Desde que entras es un lugar maravilloso. El trato de su personal es excelente siempre dispuestos.

Equipe muito atenciosa! Café da manhã feito especialmente para minhas necessidades de horários e restrições alimentares. Deixavam mimos em nosso quarto. Fica em um prédio histórico.

Very nice and clean property with great staff!

Excelente amabilidad del personal, pero la bulla por los trabajos que estan realizando es algo que deberian compartir en publicacion, no se puede descansar por la bulla, aun hasta tarde.

El hotel es precioso ubicado en el barrio concha y toro con sus bellas mansiones ,adoquines y palacetes .Nos encanto la atencion muy calida , el lugar muy limpio y lindo , comodo y con un rico desayuno bufet. Sin duda volveriamos a hospedarnos .

Ótimo hotel. Próximo a uma estação de metrô e com vários restaurantes ao redor. Fica em uma vila que ouve as casas (algumas com mais de 100 anos) pertenceram à família Concha y Toro. Gentileza e prestatividade não faltam aos funcionários. Quartos limpos, banheiro limpo e de tamanhos suficientes para um casal. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Todas as tardes (17:30 - 18:30) oferecem um café gratuito com snacks. Da mesma forma, das 19:30 - 20:30, uma degustação de vinhos com snacks também. Uma gentileza que acaba compensando o único inconveniente do hotel, que é barulho gerado pelo eco em seu interior. Todos os quartos tem as portas e janelas para um hall interior ao prédio. O barulho das conversas nos corredores e na recepção (onde ocorrem o café da manhã, o café da tarde com snacks e a degustação de vinhos), bem como a campainha que toca a cada vez que um hóspede entra, ecoa por todos os quartos, inclusive de madrugada. No mais, o hotel é muito bom.
