Spent a lovely 5 days here, food was good lots of choices and alcohol too. Cocktail of the day every day 🍹 some entertainment in the day and evening. Reuben did a stirling job trying to get everyone to participate. Hotel was refurbished, clean and comfortable.

Fantastic hotel! Exceptionally clean and everyone was so welcoming. My room was lovely, and spacious with great air con. The food was ok, with a variety of options, but the drinks were superb. I would recommend the all inclusive option. The pool was clean and of a good size and as it was not packed, it was a very relaxing experience. Overall I had a great time.

Un Hotel bastante bueno, personal amigable y comprensivo, lo unico que falla en este hotel es la comida ya que es mucho más mejorable, poca variedad y sin mucho sabor. Igual que los Snacks del bar, las hamburguesas y hot dogs la carne esta mala

Mixed review really, we had a good time but being honest: I'll start with the cons! Not enough smoking areas, can't smoke on the balcony but we did (had a portable ashtray!) No seating outside when the pool area closes in the evening. 1 choice of cocktail during the day and night unless you pay €6.50. limited food options, not much for those who struggle with food. Iron/board pay extra. Hangers only one side of the wardrobe and it's separated into two so take hangers. The piano bar smoking area could do with some chairs and tables they don't allow you to take them out. Only one ramp in reception and no ramp in piano bar or to the pool for wheelchairs or the disabled. Smells of sewerage outside now and again. Can't reach loo roll so put it on the glass shelf! Cleaners are very noisy, slamming wardrobe doors and scraping furniture on the floor. One bar person in the evening, could do with 2 when entertainment is on. pros tea/coffee making but then you have to pay once you've used what's there, we took our coffee sashes. Fridge, shower with shower gel, air con in bedroom and living room. Close to a beach and shops, 5 minutes walk. Comfortable beds. Junior suite is quite large. All staff are helpful and friendly. Live singers are good but only on for an hour! Lots of British people. Very clean everywhere in and around the hotel. Evening entertainment was ok but timings don't match the information board and sometimes change but we didn't mind. €1 for the plastic cup, we got 2 each and you get your money back when you've finished with them, they take the used ones and pour drinks into clean cups. Overall we enjoyed our holiday but we like to try different places each time we go abroad.

Mi estancia en este hotel ha sido simplemente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el trato del personal ha sido excepcional: amables, atentos y siempre con una sonrisa. Se nota que valoran a cada huésped y hacen todo lo posible para que te sientas como en casa. La comida ha estado bien, y en general el servicio ha sido más que satisfactorio. En cuanto a la relación calidad-precio, no tengo ninguna queja. Es un lugar que vale cada euro invertido. Para mí, ha sido el mejor viaje de mi vida: Tenerife está lleno de lugares espectaculares por descubrir, y este hotel ha sido el punto de partida perfecto para vivir esa aventura. Volvería sin pensarlo. ¡Gracias por hacer de esta experiencia algo tan especial!

Stayed for a week AI.. Here is our honest opinion of the hotel.. Pool area is far too small for amount of guests, sunloungers are crammed next to each other like sardines! We went to the roof terrace to sunbathe but looks like they offset old & tatty loungers & other poolside furniture up there so not good either.There is no area outside just to sit and relax. Restaurant food was plentiful but not enough staff so seemed to be self clearing of tables. Rueban the entertainment guy tried his best to involve guests but same stuff bingo, karaoke or just music. The rooms were spacious although if your given one at the back of hotel it's very noisy, bins on both sides of street so constant rubbish strewn on pavements. A local bar opposite open til early hours. Hotel is in a residential area and a short walk away there is a handful of shops. We wouldn't return to hotel or Santiago , it's just not "our cup of tea"!!

It was very clean and the entertainment was amazing and so much fun. Ruben was great!! All the staff were so nice and friendly. The rooms had everything you need and were cleaned everyday even offered to clean one of my items for me. The food was basic yet really nice especially compared to some of the food you get in all inclusive. The pool was always clean and really liked the filtered salt water was much better than chlorine. Would 1000% come back!!!

We arrived as a family of 7 split into 3 rooms. Rooms are nice and large with fabulous air con and tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge (we got milk from Local shop a few mins walk away) overall the rooms are fine. Just the bathrooms could do with a spruce up some fresh grout and broken tiles replaced. The food was good, breakfast was a favourite with a nice selection of hot and cold foods. Freshly cooked pancakes were a hit! The fruit juices are all just very sweet and taste the same but we managed with tea, coffee and water. Lunches and dinner were fine and we always found something, our 7 year old struggled slightly as all the dishes are heavily seasoned and there is lots of garlic, even the plain pasta was quite salty. The all inclusive soft drinks and ice creams were welcomed, it would have been nice to have more explanation of what alcohol was included and when, how and what snacks were available as this wasn’t explained and we had to sort of watch what others had. My only gripe was you could only have a choice of one cocktail of the day or else you had to pay €6.50 for one of your choice, drinks were very strong and again not much explanation of what was included. The pool area and whole hotel was incredibly clean and all the staff were polite, kind and helpful and always said hello. A shout out to Reuben for the entertainment as he works very hard and makes an effort with all guests. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return. The local area although in a quieter part of the island was lovely with a selection of shops and we had no issues booking excursions locally for Siam park and a boat out to see the whales. Initially, we were not going to complain about this hotel. On Saturday, the second day in, my partner found a white maggot in his fruit, luckily he did not get food poisoning as he made himself sick, I complained to the reception, and the response was ‘our manager is back Monday.’ However due to the shocking attitude of the reception staff today I think anyone considering to stay here should think again, especially if you want flies around the hot counter area and maggots! When we waiting for our transfer, the road outside was closed, the receptionist advised us to wait at the top of the road as this is where she said you get picked up if road is closed. Shocker… the transfer waited at the bottom of the road and we ran down, missing it! When we told the staff.. the abrupt and hostile response was the last thing we wanted, with no apology from the old lady with gray hair, nor the manager. Drinks are disappointing, and we ate in the buffet once. Pool does not get sun until 10:30, beds are rock solid.
