Klayman Diamond Aparthotel

What a lovely aparthotel. Our large arge airy apartment was clean and comfortable, with amazing sea view and a spacious terrace with sunbeds and parasol. This is a small complex which meant there were always plenty of sunbeds available around the very clean and tidy pool, and the water maintained a lovely temperature. The harbour and beach were a 10 min walk away, and although the walk back is uphill it is quite manageable provided you have no mobility/health issues. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The lovely lady on reception was aware that our sons were joining us part-way through the holiday and very kindly made sure that their apartment was next to ours. Dining options at the Klayman Diamond were very good, plenty of choice at breakfast and there were themed dining events during our stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. Waiter/pool barman Lorenzo was always cheerful and helpful, another great asset to this hotel. The only downside during our stay is that no courtesy room was available as the hotel was full and there are no other shower facilities available if you have a late check out but this was not enough to spoil our holiday. We all had a great time!

From the moment we arrived, This hotel delivered, All staff were very friendly , nothing was too much trouble, Room was spotless and clean 6 times during our stay , we were in room 007 which was close to the pool and had the most amazing view and the terrace/balcony had sun beds and umbrella , the room had 2 bedrooms and own kitchen area, Pool was at a lovely temperature and because it’s a small complex you could get as sun bed at any time of the day , pool bar and restaurant served good food at reasonable prices, The Harbour and beach was a 10 minutes walk , the walk back is uphill but was ok. Overall a hassle free and very enjoyable week .

The hotel, staff, management, location, and views are world-class. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. Dining options are good, and breakfast, with excellent views, is a great way to start the day. The hotel is fresh and modern, with excellent Indian and Italian cuisine nearby. Street parking is safe and abundant. It’s a 50km trip to Teide volcano. For car hire, ask the hotel; they are very helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Just had a week here with friends. Big spacious apartment with a surprisingly large and comfortable sofa bed. We had a big balcony with great sea views and it had plenty of room for the extra sunbed we requested. This place is absolutely pristine, I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere as spotlessly clean! Free towels for the pool and nobody hogs the sunbeds! The bar and food are very good value, and they very kindly stayed open for us on first night after a late arrival...cant fault this place at all....

This is the second time my partner and myself have stayed here in the last 12 months. I would not fault the standard of the accomodation and the general pristine cleanliness of the whole resort. Excellent cleaning service on a more or less daily basis from the very friendly housekeeping staff. However, as a couple who enjoy cooking and utiliising the fabulous local seafood and produce I have to say that the kitchen facilities and utensils are somewhat lacking. No big deal but it could do with a certain amount of upgrading. Lastly, as Ive said this is the second time in a year we have been here. Both times we have had a room on the first floor. Be warned if you like a view. At the moment the palm trees are currently highly overgrown and obscure virtually what should be an amazing view over the harbour and out to La Gomera. We did ask on our initial arrival if we could be moved to the second floor because of this and were told by a rather surly and unhelpful member of staff who's name started with a letter T, that this was impossible as they were fully booked. However, the above apartments were largely empty the week we stayed. Hey Ho! I would still recommend these appartments to anyone looking to visit Los Gigantes, but wonder what you have to do to be allocated to get onto the second floor for the great views? Maybe it would be an idea to change the info on the booking portal to specify exactly where you will be situated and on what floor, rather than leave it down to in our case, a rather unsymphathetic member of staff who actually rolled his eyes and sighed deeply when we dared to ask for a move up top! Got to laugh though!!

With out a doubt the best little hotel we have stayed. Quality food Lovely staff throughout Clean and comfortable I would recommend this hotel to everyone 5 star no issues at all Little gem in the heart of los Gigantes If your after a quite , quaint little get away this is the one . Not one person side at all

This was the most relaxing , beautiful hotel . It’s situated high up over Los gigantes giving the most breathtaking views out over the ocean. Very clean ,the housekeepers gave an outstanding service and the apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more . The pool area was also spotless and the staff were very friendly and welcoming , couldn’t do enough for us. We really enjoyed the barbecue evening on the Friday with an exceptional live singer mouthwatering food and stunning sunset . It was only 8 mins walk to shops and bars and about 20 minutes to the harbour. It does test your fitness alittle walking back up to the hotel but it was only €4 in a taxi back up ,which we only did twice when we had shopping . Taxis are always parked up waiting all over Los gigantes . Thank you for having us , we will definitely be back. You are truly a wonderful team of people

Lovely hotel with fab views. Rooms quite small but beds are comfy. Lounge quite nice with sofa and everything you need in kitchen (except dishwasher). It’s a ten min walk down steep hill into the centre….we got taxi back (if you can find one). The only item missing, but just my wife’s opinion, is a dressing table. There’s lots of wasted space in lounge area to accommodate a small unit that could be used for this purpose. Couldn’t fault the Hotel, but was too far out of the centre for us to return.

Stunning sea views from a spacious balcony leading to an airy well equipped comfortable clean apartment ! Great heated pool where they serve meals and cocktails from the bar ! Friendly helpful staff ! What more could you want for a peaceful relaxing holiday ? Steep hill to the apartments but all good exercise ! Really enjoyed our stay !
