Es un hotel muy céntrico que permite moverse a pie por el casco histórico de Santiago de Cuba. La instalación agradable y acogedora con vistas hermosas a la ciudad de Santiago. Habitaciones siempre limpias con cambio diario y gentileza en el trato de camareras y todo el personal. Excelente trato en el restaurante que nos complacieron en la medida de las posibilidades. Mis colegas de trabajo y yo nos vamos complacidos.

Terrible service, I felt better cared for in the patio than at the reception. The workers secretly receive cash. The food is not good at all. This hotel is too small and cramped, it looks more like a rental house. I recommend it if you are only going to go to sleep.

La metre Dayalis encantadora una persona excelente me encantó su trato y el hotel con grandes condiciones y gran localizacion del hotel estando cernano a todos los sitios una terraza espectacular con gran servicio de limpieza el hotel digno de volver a ir

La maitre nos ayudó especialmente. Y nos hizo la estancia agradable con sus indicaciones. Las habitaciones muy limpias y amplias. Buena ubicación y la atención en general muy buena. Quizá podría ser un poco abundante y variado el desayuno.

La ubicación del Hotel, el desayuno poca variedad, pero lo mejor del hotel los empleados y sobre todo la recepcionista Beatriz (os ayudará en todo, ) tuve un mal entendido con el hotel y fue ella que como gran profesional lo soluciono y nos ayudó muchísimo. Espero que el hotel valore la profesionalidad de esta bellísima persona

Hemos llegado en el avión ha las 8 de la mañana, nos dicen que la política hasta las 16no podemos entrar, pero la habitación está disponible sino nos cobran 5€ la hora. Mi hijo está con dolor de tripa y le digo que empatize. Pues nada . Viva lo amables que son los cubanos. ESTE HOTEL NO.

Me acerqué a este Hotel para ver si podía hospedarme ya que cuenta con excelentes opiniones y al llegar al lobby me dicen que no tienen ninguna oferta en moneda nacional (CUP) sólo aceptan moneda libremente convertible (MLC). Soy cubano y no tengo acceso a otra moneda que no sea el peso cubano y por ser así no tengo el derecho de hospedarme en este hotel. Vergüenza para mi y para todos los cubanos que no tienen la oportunidad de tener MLC, no debería estar en este sitio en mi opinión.
