Very nice location, central to most of the main attractions in north Sardinia. The resort itself is beautiful. However, the customer service was one of the worst I've ever experienced: - We arrived at 4am as we had agreed, and one of the rooms was without electricity. Not ideal after a long drive, but these things happen so wouldn't have been a problem if this was handled well. - The problem was the reaction of the Manager who was called in to fix the issue. She stormed in, angry, and at one point was literally shouting at us, as if it was our fault for waking her up in the middle of the night. - At no point did we receive an apology for that behaviour, which is totally unacceptable. - Moreover, when we needed something as simple as a change of towels, it felt like the staff was doing us a favour, even asking for an extra fee (which I believe was €30), just for a change of towel. It really is a pity that such a nice place is managed in such an arrogant manner.
