La Smeraldina Resort

Very nice location, central to most of the main attractions in north Sardinia. The resort itself is beautiful. However, the customer service was one of the worst I've ever experienced: - We arrived at 4am as we had agreed, and one of the rooms was without electricity. Not ideal after a long drive, but these things happen so wouldn't have been a problem if this was handled well. - The problem was the reaction of the Manager who was called in to fix the issue. She stormed in, angry, and at one point was literally shouting at us, as if it was our fault for waking her up in the middle of the night. - At no point did we receive an apology for that behaviour, which is totally unacceptable. - Moreover, when we needed something as simple as a change of towels, it felt like the staff was doing us a favour, even asking for an extra fee (which I believe was €30), just for a change of towel. It really is a pity that such a nice place is managed in such an arrogant manner.

Hyggeligt, venligt og pænt Vi ankom til stedet og blev mødt af et venligt og imødekommende personale. Værelset vi boede i var lyst, rent og pænt med gode senge. I det lille køkken var der de ting der skulle bruges for at kunne lave lettere madretter. Udendørs områderne med terrassen hvor vi kunne sidde og spise var fine. Området omkring poolen var rene og pæne og poolen også. Der var ofte ikke så mange ved poolen om formiddagen men om eftermiddagen kunne sol stolene hurtig blive fyldt. Alt i alt et rigtig rart ophold, et hyggeligt sted hvor tingene er i orden

La chambre était propre et bien au frais grâce a la climatisation qui nous a sauvé la vie !!! Le personnel de l’hôtel était très accueillant et compréhensif !!! Je recommande très vivement !!!

Boede der udenfor sæson. Dejlig lejlighed med terrasse. Rummelig og pænt. Skøn pool. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. Hjælpsomt personale, vi kommer gerne igen.

séjour Sardaigne Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet établissement calme et agréable. Nous avons logé dans les appartements, qui étaient confortables et bien équipés.
