Hotel Mercury by Alegria

Staff doesn’t greet guests,very rude manager,they couldn’t find our booking and made us wait for hours,when asked if it could be done quicker response was if you dont like it you can go to another hotel. Very noisy, people screaming, people swimming in a pool even after midnight.Never seen pool have been cleaned therefore we never used pool:( We were so disappointed and would never recommend the hotel.

El hotel nos gustó aunque ves que necesita una renovación.Nos comentaron que lo cerraban en Noviembre para realizar las reformas. La cama estaba limpia y era cómoda.El desayuno era de buffet libre y muy completo. El personal es amable así que volveremos para ver como quedó todo

just returned from a 4 night stay that i really enjoyed. i found the whole hotel to be spotlessly clean throughout. the reception staff were excellent and had me booked in with all the information i needed within minutes. i had a great room on the 3rd floor that i was more than pleased with. i was all inclusive so visited the bar this area was also spotless usually staffed by a minimum of 3 people 2 guys and a young lady and they were great very efficient chatty and courteous. all in all i had a great break at a very good price so thank you all at hotel mercury.

Este hotel sólo puede considerarse como un 3 * sencillo, por lo que publicitarlo y venderlo como un 4 Sup. Es un engaño. Está viejo y descuidado. Las hab no disponen de teléfono, ni minibar. La luz en la hab es totalmente insuficiente. La mitad de las tv, de 17 pulgadas , tienen el mando estropeado. En mi hab. había un solo cajón para guardar cosas y en el armario, ni siquiera baldas. La limpieza se reducía a hacer las camas y pasar el lavabo. El personal de recepción por la noche, simplemente desagradable. El buffet no está mal, quizá poco variado, pero bien cocinado y el personal de comedor, amable y servicial. Les he contado lo que hay, no se dejen engañar. He leído algún comentario sobre vajilla sucia, ahora no es así, supongo han puesto lavavajillas nuevo...

Just returned from this hotel worse holiday I have ever experienced, food was served barley cooked, the same food most breakfast dinner and tea, rooms and decor from 1980s. Dinning area floods when rains and rather cleaning standards are absolutely shocking in every aspect staff are just rude and clearly shouldn't be working in hospitality no clean sheet at all the original ly entertaient is the same dj every night playing same songs broken sunbeds tables are supposed be white but are that dirty practically black no pool.clean done paid for all inclusive e expecting a standard of 4 star. A hostel is better than this place unless you want yo have the worse holiday possible avoid at all cost

We arrived early this morning and I can only say the fear that came through me with my daughter by my side as we walked up to this apparent 4 star hotel!!! Walking in just made my fear worse as we made our way to reception with two male night porter who looked like they had come from a sketch at faulty towers! They were far from welcoming! We were given our room and entered the loft which had a half eaten pot noodle still in it, and a smashed window. Optimistic as I am I thought this place can’t get any worse…. No hold on we entered our 1970 prison cell!! The rooms are VILE decor wise there has been no updating this room or its furniture I assume since the day it originally opened!! The rooms are filthy and disgusting as your see from photos and the pleasure of someone’s eyelashes on the floor!! The beds are so hard you may as well get your kip the next day on the sun beds as you won’t get much on these! The bathroom is so disgusting I burst into tears!! THIS IS FAR FROM A 4 STAR HOTEL YOUR NOT EVEN A 2 STAR! Also the wifi code doesn’t work! I feel cheated out my hard earned money which I wanted a relaxing, enjoyable 4STAR HOTEL stay with my child instead! We have been to many 3/4 star hotels during the years and I am just in shock over this hotel!! I will be fighting for my money back!! I obviously went to reception to complain and asked for a better room to be told I had one of the best already I dread to think what the others are like here! I have reached out to the hotel straight away and the travel company LOVEHOLIDAYS ( I wouldn’t book through them again either) and no one is will to assist with helping. Honestly I cannot stress enough to anyone reading don’t book here!!!
