This is or third time here really nice hotel, so safe for kids staff so nice On son played the games in the arcade we deal with Elia who is the receptionist just a lovely person true and true he won the PlayStation 5 soo happy well def be back

Hotel is basic, food was awful if you have fussy eaters you'll struggle, we had to dine out a few times. Drinks on a token system 1 token for 1 cup spent half the night up and down getting a drink. Snack bar and pool OK, police was there 2 nights in a row, one for an accident and one for a drunk, distressing scenes when you have a young child. We loved the area but would definitely stay in another hotel in future.

Food was shocking drinks 1 cup at time you up and down all time pool ok stuff nice some of them defo don't be back there agen well stay in another hotel ended eating out 3 nights if you a fussy eater then you won't like it... lady on the bus whonpick up take you to centre was funny little boy got rush hospital when we was there but everyone around did a great job police was there in minutes ambulance was there too defo won't be returning

Well where do I strat food was shocking we had eat out 3 nights... staff was rude some of them anyway the lad in white shirt at night with bad arm was nice always say hi to the kids was nice....snack bar pool was ok bar 1 torken per drink was awful as the cups was so small like me I like a big beer not even half pint you up down all night....police was there 2days in row was not nice see when you have kids... reception always helpful nice defo go back but defo in different hotel

Very pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a unique style which we loved. The rooms aren't fancy...but very clean and comfortable. Staff were all fantastic, helpful and always said hello on the passing. The food is minimal in choice but cooked well and all delicious and hot. The mousse for pudding is delicious. Cleaning staff are very visible and the hotel is very well kept, rooms cleaned every day. Pool was lovely..plenty sunbeds and again very clean. Lifeguard on site all day. Our only issues and these are absolute nit picking comments.....a hair drier in the room would be good, a table for the balcony also. And the drinks token system in place. This is completely understood why these places do it. But.....I do enjoy a vodka alongside my beer. But because of the token system you can only get 1 drink at a time. Not all of us brits want to tear the backside out of the all inclusive. We loved our stay.....a real pleasant surprise and great little hotel. Will definitely be back

The hotel itself was a poor show. The rooms are very dated, but for a base we don’t care too much what it looks like. Only they are ridiculously tiny, a family of four having to squeeze around each other just to move in the room. We was unable to even pull the chair out to sit up the dressing table. And there are no hairdryers, bottled water etc in the rooms. We arrived at 11pm and the bar was just closed, unable to even have a bottle of water upon arrival, never mind any food. The staff were lovely and friendly at all times, can’t fault the staff at all. The room was attended to daily, not cleaned as such, but beds were freshly made and clean towels, however the floors etc were not cleaned. The hotel itself always appeared clean, there was always a cleaner around doing some form of cleaning. The food was basic, not a lot of options, maybe 4/5 different choices but there’s always something we could eat. Entertainment (or lack of) was absolutely shocking, not a place to go if you want to keep your children entertained. The ‘mini disco’ for children is in a tiny, dark & cold room, with ONE person trying to do the dancing with the children, the music and the bar. And that is all they have for the children, 30 minutes or so of what they call a mini disco, there is no day time activities for them. We stayed a week, which was long enough in the hotel. The pool was good for the children to play in while we chill (take a comfortable towel to lay on as the sun beds are awfully uncomfortable) and the staff were great, but other than that it was a complete disappointment.

The hotel was clean tidy staff excellent receptionist alba baeza couldn't have be more helpful with everything we asked of her staff friendly and made you welcome Food was basic rooms clean nice relaxing place with everything you could want not to far away would definitely be going back

Staff was fantastic food was amazing couldn’t fault nothing Eddie in the dining room looked after us and the girl behind the bar in the dinning room was amazing from the moment we checked in to the moment we left and it’s my 5th time back would’nt stay anywhere else

Most amazing cheap hotel room was amazing always came in everyday to clean them from salad to pasta to meat and there dessert breakfast was amazing and always lots of food section was never empty was always topped up all the time food was amazing Eddie was so good to us and we had 2 small kids with us and he was so good with then and even got photos with them and was always so helped full and even Rabia even when we didn’t have cups in she morning would always give you a cup she was always so friendly. Then Karim would always asked before he closed the bar did we want a drink and always knew our drink so made it more special and the pool area was amazing and even had a kids pool area and slides food in the pool bar was lovely. And even Hassan is reception was so helpful if we ever needed anything was never a problem. Didn’t get the young girl in reception when we checked out she told us to hold on to our cups as we weren’t leaving until 7 that evening and we were always able to sit out the front until late a night and never a problem and there was always entertainment at night and during the bar was also a shop onsite and also have a bus that runs down to the beach and is only walking distance Couldn’t fault anything from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out and we arrive before 11 and told us to get drink before the bar closes BEST HOLIDAY EVER Would definitely be returning. 😀
