Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal

Mi esposo y yo nos hospedamos en los termales de Santa Rosa de Cabal por una noche (12 al 13 de noviembre). El lugar es lindo, rodeado de naturaleza y con personal amable, aunque sentimos que el precio no se justifica completamente: las habitaciones son promedio y los cócteles no están bien logrados. Sin embargo, la comida es buena y el restaurante está remodelado y acogedor. Hasta el momento del check-out, estábamos satisfechos. Lamentablemente, olvidé una cadena de oro con un diamante en la habitación, y aunque regresamos al hotel a los pocos minutos de darnos cuenta, la respuesta del personal fue decepcionante. Nos informaron que no encontraron nada y notamos una falta de interés en ayudarnos a resolver el tema. Apreciamos la ayuda del supervisor, pero en general sentimos que no se le dio importancia a nuestra pérdida, dejándonos con la impresión de que la cadena se perdió en el hotel sin que hubiera un proceso adecuado para estos casos. Recomendaría al hotel mejorar sus protocolos de seguridad y manejo de objetos perdidos para mayor tranquilidad de sus huéspedes. Fue una gran decepción en una experiencia que pudo haber sido buena.

Un hotel enclavado en la montaña, con un excelente ambiente y servicio de sus funcionarios. La comida muy buena y variada incluso para los que tienen plan todo incluido. Tienen varios planes para hacer, caminatas, ruta barista, spa. Tienen varias piscinas para disfrutar el agua termal.

We visited Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal Hotel for one night on a road trip from Medellin. Getting to the hotel is straight forward. When you arrive in Santa Rosa de Cabal, stop at the supermarket for any necessities. Leaving town you will go down a paved road that goes to gravel after a couple of miles. It arrives at the main termales which is for day visits. The hotel is at the end of the road with secured access. They only allow visitors that have made reservations. It has its own secure and paved parking. 24/7 there are employees and maintenance abound. Upon arrival and parking they will assist with your baggage. Checkin is like any hotel, in the common area with the restaurant on the same floor. When we checked in, it was easy and they just asked for original identification (passport and national ID card, as well as the keys for the vehicle to identify the license plate-of course they give them back). Our room was a waterfall junior suite. It is up a couple of steps behind registration with only two rooms on the hall, very private. The bathroom is very good and nice and the room is extremely comfortable with a couch and many windows and a lot of space. I cannot stress how comfortable the bed its. It feels like home an is very private. The view is of the side of the mountain and parking lot. It is very quiet. If you are looking for a view of the hot pools, then seek the second floor older rooms in the rear of the property. It was spotless. They give you one towel per person. You exchange the towel as many times as you want on the second floor up from reception in the rear on the way to the main three pools. The hotel has a bar and food outside as well by the large pool. Drinks are strong and worth the price. For the food, there have been some bad comments. We did not have one bad meal the entire time we were there. There is one detached building across the car park that has rooms and its own pool if you want more privacy. We used that pool the last day and there were very few people. When you check out, you pay the incidentals by credit card or pesos. When leaving the guard communicates with reception to clear your exit like entry. The gate opens inwards manually so don't park to close. Keep your wrist band on as it gives you access to the public area with the views you may have seen online for photos. It is a nice walk uphill, so if you are mobility challenged, do not try it. One thing from before the visit is the number of questions I had about the hotel and its proximity to the termales you see online. The hotel complex is distinct and removed from the public ones by approximately 1/4 mile, with no connection. The hotel is distinct in itself and provides and a great retreat with good amenities for you to enjoy and relax. Neither of us had any complaints and we really enjoyed our time! The staff at this hotel are especially attentive and genuinely kind. My Wife is mobility impaired, which makes a mountainside hotel a challenge for her. Upon arrival, the staff immediately assessed the situation, opened a mobility lift at the entrance, and changed our room assignment to one without steps. Throughout our five night stay, the staff checked in and offered assistance whenever needed. We never needed to ask. We left the hotel rested and restored, which is exactly what we were looking for.

Le lieu bien que très difficile d'accès (route de pierres) est beau. Il y a 3 piscines thermales de petit format et une plus grande en travaux au moment de ma visite. Notre chambre a été une des pire que nous avons eu en Colombie, qui plus est à un prix très cher. J'ai réservé une autre chambre pour mes enfants sans aucune comparaison au même prix; j'ai trouvé ça scandaleux. Notre TV a 3 rayures au milieu de l'écran, un coffre qui ne fonctionne pas, bref 0 service.

Primera visita y última a estos termales que de natural no tienen nada, la experiencia de estar cerca de la naturaleza y vivir un momento de tranquilidad no la ofrecen porque la cantidad de gente que permiten ingresar por turno es demasiada, prefiero los termales de san vicente y por otro lado, los costos son elevados, en la cafetería manejan mucho desorden, entregan timbre de llamado pero luego de una hora toda la gente prefiere hacer fila y reclamar su desayuno y atienden al que primero llegue, increíble que un lugar tan bonito no sé puede visitar para tener una experiencia maravillosa. Adicionalmente, en la cafetería nos devolvieron un billete de 50 mil falso y nos dimos cuenta ya cuando habíamos salido.
