Hotel Casablanca

Absolutely beautiful hotel. More than a three star hotel. Wonderful staff from reception, cleaning staff and restaurant workers. Always a friendly face. So clean and tidy. Hotel at full occupancy but never felt that way. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice of hot and cold food, pastries and fruit. Guests have been returning here for over ten years so that shows how good this place is. Two pools for use of guests. Both clean and at any time of day lots of beds available. Fantastic gardens which are well kept. Loved Mr and Mrs Duck 🦆 that came for a swim in the afternoon if it was quiet. Beach about a ten minute walk. Near all restaurants and bars but not close enough to hear or keep you awake. Lastly amazing air conditioning much required in the extreme heat. I can recommend this hotel and would happily go again.

Bon accueil mais malheureusement aucun effort pour parler français, tout est en anglais. Chambre spacieuse, ménage fait tous les jours, grand balcon, nous étions au 1re étage (407) avec vue sur la mer et la piscine. Les murs sont très fins, on entend le bruit dans les couloirs. Clim dans la chambre. On avait pris demi pension, le petit déjeuner est bon avec du choix. Et le repas du soir est correct avec du choix et du changement chaque jour. Les desserts sont très anglais, heureusement qu il y a des fruits pastèques et melons! Le gros point négatif c est qu il n y a aucune boisson de proposée gratuitement même pas de l eau, alors qu il y en a au petit dej! Tout ça pour consommer au bar! Et si vous refusez de consommer des boissons pendant votre repas, le serveur fait la gueule et vous parle mal! La moindre des choses serait de prévenir les clients que les boissons ne sont pas comprises dans le repas car nul part c est écrit et rien que pour ça je n y serais pas aller si je l avais su. Car il y a pleins d autres hôtels juste à côté avec boissons standards incluses au dîner! Tout ça pour faire consommer….. Sinon vous avez tout à proximité la plage, les commerces, les restos, les supérettes ( pour acheter de l eau pour le dîner😉) et vous avez les bus à 5 minutes. 35 minutes en bus de l aéroport. Les transats il faut y aller de bonne heure le matin pour en avoir un car beaucoup pose leurs serviettes à 10h et vont à la plage ou manger et reviennent qu à 16h. Et nous y étions en juin donc je n ose pas imaginer en août! Je n y retournerais pas à cause des boissons manquantes pendant le dîner.

Just returned home yesterday from my 3rd visit to this gorgeous hotel. As usual the hotel was spotless and the pool area was immaculate with plenty of sun-beds available even later in the afternoon. A new thing this year was a small fridge and safe included in the rooms which other years you had to hire them . Staff are so friendly and helpful especially Tracey in the restaurant, always friendly and helpful. Booking our 4th visit in the next week for 2026.

Arrived at the Casa Blanca for a 5 night stay, check-in was easy and the staff were pleasant. Room: We booked a standard room, which was exactly that, absolutely fine for what we needed but could be a bit small for a longer stay. Room was clean with a traditional style decor and a/c. It had a wardrobe, dressing table, small TV and small fridge, the beds were comfy with spare pillows in the cupboard. The bathroom was very small, with a shower over bath which was very tight to get into, especially if you are on the larger side. The water flooded the floor every time you showered, which is quite dangerous and very slippy! There was complimentary shower gel on the wall and a hairdryer. Restaurant: Fantastic outdoor dining on the terrace with lovely views. Basic selection of food, but something for everyone, however kids could struggle to find a filling meal or if you're a fussy eater. Drinks were pricey compared to the local bars, which indirectly forced people to spend elsewhere. Pool & Pool Bar: Steep steps to the pool however there were plenty of sunbeds, no need to save a bed or do the mad AM rush! Pool and pool bar were very clean with a ping pong table in the shade and light music during the day. Entertainment: Jet 2 advertised occasional evening entertainment but we didn't see any entertainment for the duration of our stay. If drinks were cheaper and they had entertainment guests would spend more time at the hotel and spend more money. Location: Great location as a base, only 30 mins transfer from the airport, so even better for a long weekend stay. Restaurant and shop opposite the hotel or a short 10 minute walk down hill to the beach, bars and restaurants. Note, guests with mobility issues could struggle with this hotel. Complimentary Shower Room: The hotel offers 2x complimentary shower rooms to use for 30 mins on the day of your departure, as checkout is at 11am - Bookable on checkout. It's a great addition to have and it was even better then the bathroom in our room! Secure luggage room available to use if you have a late departure. Conclusion: Lovely traditional hotel, in a good location, ideal for short breaks or a base if you just need somewhere to stay. Not suitable for those with mobility issues due to steep steps to the pool and hills both ends of the road to access the main resort. Food is as expected for a 3* but could find it hard to find something for fussy eaters or children. Drinks could be cheaper to retain guests to spend more on site.

Hôtel propre mais Très bruyant jusqu'à tard dans la nuit ...chambre donnant sur parking public gratuit où beaucoup d'aller et venues.... Chambres mal isolées . Les employés commencent a tondre des 7h du matin ... Odeur terrible dans la salle d'eau
