Séjour au top !!!!!

這是一間少有的令人憤怒的酒店。 設施陳舊，牆壁完全不隔音，樓道里的説話聲音一清二楚，更不用説半夜樓下大聲唱歌了。每天一點之前甭想睡覺。 WiFi幾乎沒有，連上不是很慢就是一會兒就斷。 客房每天沒有人打掃！ 運動設施根本排不上，能排上的都需要額外付費。 前台效率低下，辦入住超過40分鐘，寧可接電話也不理人。最搞笑明明三星（門口顯示）還自我催眠是四星。

Good location and rooms are good

Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment. We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

The hotel has not really been the best.. stayed 2 adults 1 teenager for 4 nights.. the cleaner never came in... no clean towels no clean sheets & it was dirty on arrival.. amazing view amazing food at the snack bar but cleanliness let it down

Lovely location , staff not very helpful on reception, had to wait 3 hours to check in when we arrived ,we sent numerous emails requesting a high flour and was given first floor when I enquired why I was told I haven’t got time to check emails when they come .Had no sleep the first night had to go down to reception at 12-30 to complain about the noise from below as no one answered the phone . Went to ask to change room at 9 am the next morning as told , was then told to come back at 10 and then told to come back at 12 , when we went back at 12 we were told it was to late to change have to come back tomorrow. We got moved 2 days later , only had our room cleaned once when we were there only ever saw the cleaning trolley left in the corridor , with no one around . Come the weekend had no sleep again as hotel is full of stag and hen groups on a weekend, never again . Such a shame as it could be a nice hotel .
