Położenie hotelu idealne. Pokój był czysty z klimatyzacja i łazienką . Smaczne i różnorodne posiłki. Bardzo miła i uprzejma obsluga. Jedyny minus to halas z ulicy ale za to z widokiem na plaze.No i przydał by sie mały remont. Z czystym sercem polecam tym którzy chcą zobaczyć Majorke. Świetne miejsce wypadowe.

siamo stati in famiglia per una settimana in due camere comunicanti, le stanze sono poco pulite, abbiamo trovato nell' arco della settimana tre cucaracha nei bagni, hanno solo spruzzato una spray per eliminarle, il cibo è stato sempre lo stesso per tutta la settimana.

Smallest room for 3 people, even smaller shower. Food was awful, public areas clean but rooms very tired and in need of refurbishment. Cockroaches in some of the rooms. Some of the staff are fine, others not so fine. Bar staff were lovely and most of reception staff were fine too apart from one man, can’t remember his name though, think it was Joel, it was obviously a chore for him to deal with guests.

Just back last night from 6 nights at this hotel. We are Irish, 21 female and 23 male. We previously read the reviews and therefore had low expectations, but we were sooo pleasantly surprised. This is a fairly cheap hotel and we paid £1080 for 2 people, 6 nights, all inclusive with 2 23KG bags, flights and transfers with EasyJet holidays - which in my opinion is very good, and the shared transfer only took 30 mins each way. When you stay at this hotel, you have the hotel's own facilities, plus full access to the facilities of the Globales sister hotel just across the road and this is where lunch and snacks are. As this is a more expensive 4 star hotel, obviously a lot of people choose to go over here making it very crowded and sunbeds are very hard to get. There is also a pool however in our hotel, which we found always easy to get a sunbed at and the pool is big and deep - so you can't really complain about point 1# - just wake up and go out early to reserve one if you would prefer to lounge at the 4 star. Please note the pictures of the hotel on trip advisor are of the hotel across the road so this is wrongly advertised, but to us, this meant not only did we have our own, 3 star hotel pool area , but full access to the 4 star facilities across the road which were of course a lot nicer, as a result of these hotel guests paying a lot more. Therefore, this is 1000% a plus for people in this hotel as you pay for a 3 star pool, and get this as well. You can also drink at any bar in either hotels. During the day, you have a plastic cup which you exchange for a clean one after each drink which yes, was a bit inconvenient when switching between hotels but did not bother us. Just remember to bring your cup everywhere. At night time however, this wasn't required and you could order up to 3 drinks in glasses per person per time. In terms of food - omg. It's fair to expect cheap all inclusive food to be bad but our issue was eating too much! We only ate lunch once and it was lovely with lots of choice in the 4 star restaurant, but the snacks were so so good and available from 11am-6pm and then again 10pm-12am. Constant flow of fresh pizzas, burgers, fresh chicken, sausages, kebab, salads, chips, onion rings, pastries, pre-packaged yoghurts, sandwiches, wraps and more. The pizza was a solid 10/10 and the burgers tasted like a big mac when topping were added - so we were very impressed with this, particularly as picky eaters. We probably made our money back from snacks alone. For dinner in our hotel, there was a bit less for us as we are picky like I said but the pizza was unreal and chips and croquettes, so we were always stuffed. We had also went with the intension on eating out every night as a way to explore but only did this a few times by choice. Drinks were also very good. Limited all inclusive cocktails but they were still good, and staff weren't shy with the spirits. There also seemed to be good entertainment on inside the hotel like bingo and m

I booked this place fairly last minute to gra 5 nights for 4 days cycling. It was on offer through Jet2, a company who I have used many times and who are brilliant as a tour op. I booked as a solo traveller, and was allocated a twin room when making the booking. On arrival, I was given the key to a room right down the far end of the first floor. literally the last room on the left. As soon as I opened the door, I know I was being had. The room was tiny, the carpet stained and ripped, the balcong hardly big enough to get a chair on, the bed some kind of large single with about 12 inches all around, the smallest bathroom I have ever seen with a bath the size of my kitchen sink. No way was this what I had paid for. I went to reception and said there was an issue, and explained this was not what my room was supposed to be. Instead of making an apology, the guy simply tapped on his keybaord and said there were only 2 rooms left, both identical and next to each other. I asked to view them and was given the key. The room was immediately twice the size with a much larger balcony, and 2 twin beds. It was an improvement so I accepted it for the time being. This was one of the rooms I had booked, and the hotel definitely tried to fob me off with some kind of cheap promo room as a solo passenger. No one in their right mind would have booked what they tried to give me. I agreed to take the room for the time being, and immediately contacted Jet2. The rep came to the hotel that afternoon after I had a chance to look around the hotel some more. The bar area was dingy, there were some seats and a small stage for what was likely to be "entertainment". The pool area was a handful of sunloungers on a grass area as well as a row along the back wall, all taken, and clearly nowhere near enough for the number of guests. The outside bar tables were also all taken, and there was clearly a LOT of drinking going on among Scottish and Eastern European Guests. These hotels have a policy of only allowing you one drink at a time for a tiny plastic cup. Imagine a beer that goes in 2 sips, and you're constanrtly up and down if you want a couple of drinks. Probably 125ml per cup. I have experienced this before so knew what to expect, but it still seems a bit of a daft policy. I had nowehre to sit outdoors, but the rep had by now turned up. She asked me what I thought, and I explained the hotel was basically very poor. I have stayed in Gloables before, and this was by far the worst. She said she was unable to comment, but totally understood what I was saying, in other words she agreed with me. I asked to move elsewhere, as despite my room change, I didnt feel the hotel was remotely wort what I had paid for the 5 nights. She told me it would takje up to 3 days to move me, depending on availabilty, so if I could put up with the room, she would work something out for using the faciliies of the 2 sister hotels over the road. Sje was very surprised when I said no when she asked me

We are just back from this hotel I did not know what to expect from the reviews but we had a good holiday. You have to remember it is a 3 * Hotel not like its two sister Hotels accross the road from the hotel you have the use of the facilities in the sister Hotels which was great. Our hotel was much quiter so no shouting around the pool and bar. The Hotel is spotless the Hotel does need modernising, The dining room has been modernised and looks lovely and fresh. The food was OK you won't starve. There is plenty food around the clock. The Hotel is beside the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. For entertainment you can go between hotels. There was very good shows on at night. All the staff work very hard and everyone very helpful. The front rooms are street facing and some of the rooms at the back don't have pool view some look on a flat roof or a generator. Again the bedrooms were spotless. We had a lovely holiday and we will come back again. We loved the fact you can have the lovely quietness of our Hotel or go accross the road to a busier Hotel. There was no lager louts even with all inclusive.
