Fergus Style Cala Blanca Suites

We had an amazing time here. The staff were all amazing (especially the restaurant staff who entertained our 4 and 18 month old with hellos and high fives!) The hotel was clean, the food was good, the pool was nice and the view from the pool bar was amazing. It's close to a snorkelling area and diving board and 15 / 20 minutes walk the other way is Santa ponsa beach. We don't normally return anywhere, but we'd think about coming back here again

We had the most amazing last minute family holiday!! The staff were 10/10 and done everything & anything to make our holiday perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and considering the size of the hotel the water pressure was amazing. The pools were perfect, the children’s pool was perfect for little ones under 5 and very shallow around the edges. We were very lucky as we had very hot weather in June 29/35 degrees, and the air con in the rooms helped a lot to make us feel comfortable especially with little ones. Overall we would rate the hotel 10/10.

grande propreté dans les locaux et les chambres. beaucoup de mérite aux équipes de nettoyage car l état laissé le soir par les touristes est honteux. les équipes de nettoyage rendent chaque matin l hotel et les alentours ultra propres. les chambres possèdent une super grande terrasse bien équipée d un lit, de table et chaises et séchoir. les lits 90 sont confortables. le studio très grand. l accueil est parfait partout. les buffets sont très variés, légumes crus et cuits, plusieurs sortes de viandes et poissons et de bonne qualité et belle variété de desserts et fruits. le seul bémol la clientèle avec beaucoup d enfants (all inclusive et enfants gratuits) pour les séniors en attente de calme, pas top. l hôtel n y est pour rien.

Had a great time food was lovely and dinner was a different theme each night. All staff very friendly and great with the kids. Never had a problem getting a few beds at different times of the day but would go early to the outdoor terrace to get a seat for the entertainment in the evening. Good area, shops and restaurants a short walk. Looking at returning next year.

L'équipe et le personnel sont adorables. Des vacances très agréable en famille, l'hôtel a tout pour plaire. Petit bémol sur le buffet mais nous sommes difficile ; la viande est moyenne mais le choix large. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

This hotel is beautiful. We spent 10 days (2Ad.9&13yr olds) and it was heaven. Not only is the hotel spotless, but the food is excellent and the bar service is great, even if busy. The pool is well supervised and the pool area is clean. We had no problem getting loungers and although the hotel was busy, it was very relaxed. The location is superb and the highlight for me was the beach bar area. Nicky and her entertainment team are phenomenal. They know everyone's names withing hours of arrival and were such fun. Bar staff were also great fun and restaurant staff was so good to the kids. Customer service is definitely a priority here. The views are beautiful and it's only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the town. We've visited Santa Ponsa for the last 3 years and we will definitely return to this hotel. Great spot with kids and would also be a lovely hotel for couples. If you're going over the next few weeks, I'm very jealous! Would return in a heartbeat.
