Wonderfil stay and room was very clean staff also very good view of property is wonderful

The room we got was not really that nice for the price I paid. I guess it's because they have a beautiful beach resort, I guess that's what I mainly paid for.

The place is homey with Filipino warmth and Hospitality. Their food is food for the price that your are paying. Their restaurant staff is friendly. They got the best beachfront with few people roaming around except the guests enjoying the scenery. We enjoyed the low tide and walked the whole stretch of the area. A good place for foreigners who wanted peace and just chill. Their room is just average, they just need to improve their hot and cold shower that is affecting the water flow since its slow so we requested for a pail and dipper (tabo) since water pressure is good from the faucet. I like their bed and pillows, I slept really well. Their room main door lock is a struggle hope they can change it. Over-all, its your money's worth.

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful beach resort. It was very quiet and there were almost never people around / on the private beach, even though they told us they were fully booked. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were small but clean. We were able to rent a motorbike from the hotel to get around the island, which I'd highly recommend. Definitely would stay here again!

Hmmmm, how do I start it? I start it with Pros: 1. Great location 2. Hardworking servers (only the servers) 3. Fast wifi Cons. 1. Lack of staff, life kitchen staff, cooks. Ordered from their resto and it will take more than 1 hour to complete, such a terrible experience, but We Appreciate the servers, thay have sympathies but they really under staff. 2. No water dispenser or you cant bring outside mineral water, you must buy mineral water on their resto! And of course on a much higher cost. Grabe kamo! 3. The guard is not nice. He switch off the lights even though we’re still in the tables, drinking alcohol that we buy on their resto. 4.you can only enjoy the beach around 11am to 3pm, because the low tide is veryyyyyy lowwwww tide. Too far away from the shore. 5. No TV Will I Visit again? Hmmmm, probably but only for 1 night. We stayed there 3 nights! Hope they will revise some of their policies, most especially the Drinking water. And love your staff please. They might be underpaid for the work their doing. Thanks

Room Amenities. It is our first time to go here in Bantayan, Cebu. Or to Cebu itself. We booked 4 days and 3 nights here. The location of this resort is very accessible, has a pristine sand and beach front. My husband and I are very much into beach travelling. Whenever we want to destress from work and city life, we’ll just hop around And book a flight. I have initially made my reservation to Ogtong Cave Beach Resort, but I cancelled it because of mis comm. my Colleague and friend referred this resort to me so I have a something in mind that somehow meets my expectations. 1. Upon entering the room, you’ll automatically bump into the “mini” closet. Well, logically, if I will be placing my things, wallets, jewellery there, they my Be easily get stolen. They do not have a vault here so all of My valuables are Placed on a small bag with me, ON my bed. 2. No Television. I would appreciate if the hotel aims to have a reconnection to the nature and isolate ourselves to all any gadgets and technology. As their guest are looking for Comfort, destress and convenience. None of it was met. My husband is into watching and so as my daughter. We asked if there were room and even asked for a room upgrade but told us they were fully booked. I have asked if there’s a any chance that somebody cancelled their booking or what not, atleast inform me. — we are about to check out Tomorrow but still no update. 3. No Ref, 1 small coffee table, no bedside table, 2 hangers for the entire occupants. 4. Mosquitoes everywhere outside the room. (One of the reason why I wanted to be transferred /room upgrade) 5. Poor guest service. No room service cleaning or atleast offering some service to us (since they were asking for the room keys be returned when we are going out).
