Me encanto esta experiencia en el blau arenal,las habitaciones muy limpias,el equipo de cocina muy atento ,la comida etaba riquísima,sin duda es una experiencia que volviera a repetir,le recomiendo ir en familia para todos puedan disfrutar de este maravilloso lugar

Estuve en este hotel la semana pasada con mi familia y podria decir aue para ser mi primera visita recibi una mala impression pues te dan informacion herada promero solicitamos una habitacion y nos dijeron que no estaba disponible y luego nos la dieron en el bar de la playa pedi una piña colada y me dijeron que se habia contaminado y minutos antes habia pasado y vi cuando otro cliente pidio una y se la dieron en la alimentacion la comida fue repetitiva tenia un exceso de col en las carnes era fatal y en ocaciones la comida estaba fria por parte de algunos trabajadores la atension fue fatal en fin si desean pasar un buen rato en este no es el lugar si en algun momento fue bueno ya no lo es me siento apenado con un amigo que me lo recomendo pero mi experiencia no fue nada agradable ni para mi ni mis familiares.

Me encantó el hotel .su servicio y profesionalismo pero sobre todo el servicio de seguridad del hotel ya q me sentia protegida y segura .....muy buena seguridad....gracias al departamento d seguridad...................me senti increíble al igual q mi familia....lo Recomiendo 100 %

L'Hôtel est proche à la Havane avec une plage propre., la nourriture n'est pas trop variée et le gym est à entretenir mais 'électricité n'a pas manqué pendant mon sejour. Employés amicals et au besoin la gérance à l'écoute s'en occupe de votre bien être.

Estuve este fin de semana en el hotel y mi experiencia fue pésima desde que llegué fui a almorzar y la comida fría y mal elaborada nunca comimos en un restaurante siempre fue en una cafetería frente a la picina ya que te decían que tenían pocos huéspedes y por eso lo hacían ahy siempre el almuerzo y la comida era la misma y si te quejabas te veían en mala cara .Nunca hubo actividades el único día fue el sábado en la tarde y porque yo me quejé el agua para bañarme fría el director de actividades Oro siempre con tremenda mala cara y ni los buenos días decía A las 9 de la mañana decían comienzan las actividades y a las 5 de la tarde decían se terminó las actividades y nunca hicieron ninguna actividad.La directora del hotel pasaba por el lado de uno y ni buenos días decía El director de actividades pasaba la noche tirando foto al show que hacían a las 9 cuyo show no demoraba más de 20 minutos lo único bueno son las habitaciones que están en buen estado sólo eso Mi recomendación es que deben cambiar al director de actividades mejorar la calidad de la comida y entrenar al personal a ser más educado

Seine Lage in der Küstenlinie von Ost-Havanna, die exquisite Behandlung seiner Arbeiter und die Installation im Allgemeinen machen es zu einem der besten Hotels für Ruhe und den Genuss einer gesunden und angenehmen Atmosphäre für die Familie. Ich empfehle es immer.

Great hotel. Nice rooms with king size beds. Great food and the staff very friendly and helpful. Felt great staying here. Miguel the director is working hard to make you feel like at home. Gracias Sr. Rosales. The location is fantastic. The beach is amazing.

Nuestra estadía en el blau arenal Habana beach fue inolvidable, ya que el hotel cuenta con un excelente personal, entre ellos Sharon desde el snack bar que nos atendió con profesionalidad y esmero Pensamos regresar pronto a volver a pasar muy buenos momentos inolvidables
