The place is awesome. Room is clean, spacious and well equipped with necessities. Location is superb, close to lots attractions. In walkable distance to a lot of famous places. Pool seems cool too.

The hotel is located in the city center of Santa Cruz.There are plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner. All of the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is big enough and really clean. The bed and the pillows were extreamly comfortable.The TV is very modern and it was really great, that i could watch some different channels, not only on spanish. I had a balcony, but unfortunately couldnt use it, because there was no furniture. It will be nice to have a little chair and a table there. Also it was very loud otside. The breakfast was amasing and there was everything that you need. The big orange mashine was lovely, there were also smoothies, different kinds of fruits, bread, cereals, everything very fresh and delicious. On the roof top there is a lovely bar, where you can have a drink with a view. A have to mention ,that the outdoor pool is not really a pool where you can swimm. It is just a little area full with water and a higlight there ,that brings a fancy atmosphere, but thats it. I dont think that someone will ever go there to swimm. So you have to know this, before you pick up your bathing suit. Otherwise i found the hotel really great and my stay was really pleasant. I recommend it definitely.

Mycket bra hotell med lite att jobba på. Några dagars city break i Santa Cruz, och då är det här hotellet perfekt, även om det passar ännu bättre för affärsresenärer. Läget är mitt i centrum, nära affärer, restauranger, park mm. Rummet mycket modernt, bekvämt och rent - men inte så stort. Balkongen ger dock mer känsla av rymd, även om den inte är särskilt användbar utan möbler. Finns en spektakulär pool på taket med en bar och lounge area, säkert toppen när det är lite varmare än i januari. Personalen mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, men incheckningen var långsam. Kundinfo fördes inte över från ********** så allt bkev nanuellt. Frukosten mycket bra och i trevlig miljö. Restaurangen drivs dock av ett separat företag, så räkna inte med att den är öppen, stängt för middag alla tre dagar vi var där söndag-tisdag i samband med lokal helgdag. Hissarna är en trång sektor och undvik att komma med bil.

La piscine telle un aquarium suspendue dans le vide mérite le détour. Pour le parking prévoir 18€ par jour dans un parking public à 10 minutes à pieds. Seul point noir, nous entendions tous les bruits de la chambre d’à coté à travers la porte communicante pourtant bien fermée !

Great rooms, ok service with weird hours Great rooftop paddling (not swimming) pool. Small but well equipped gym. Strange room service hours (not 24 hr). Hard to find parking further up the street (not on-site) made worse by unfriendly reception staff. Roof access limited to certain hours. Quiet comfortable rooms with great showers and large beds.
