I have been in this Hotel it is out of the city centre however, it is very clean, the buffet in the morning was not really good but they offer essential products to eat.

Matig verblijf, gelukkig verbleven wij hier tijdens onze rondreis maar 1 nachtje. Schone kamers met airco, zwembad erbij waar veel Cubanen zelf komen en veel lawaai. Voedsel was niet lekker dus in het stadje zelf gaan eten. Zou hier niet naar terug gaan.

Es un hotel pequeño, muy bello y con mucha naturaleza. Todo está construido simulando las viviendas de los aborígenes de Cuba, denominadas caney. Cuenta con bellas y originales esculturas representando la vida de los aborígenes. Las habitaciones muy confortables, muy amplias, cuentan con todas las comodidades para el confort. La higiene es impecable y el personal súper amable y muy profesional. Realmente la comida es poco variada, salvo el caso de las frutas. La Internet es muy mala. No me podía conectar en las habitaciones, solo en el área de la recepción y el restaurante. Esto es fatal cuando uno está en cuestiones de trabajo.

Excellent experience would recommend. Great atmosphere very good entertainment lively and engaging. Staff very attentive.The animation with Lesyan was fantastic would definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Music was very good

Muy buena , fuimos a pasarnos el día con los niños con un pasa día. Aunque no había mucha variación de alimentos ni de bebidas fueron muy atentos y sobre todo muy barato todo . Los cantineros muy atentos y agradables. La piscina estaba limpia y el hotel también.

La estadía fue breve pero muy placentera. Nos otorgaron una suite que era casi un departamento. El mobiliario y la limpieza del mismo, excelentes. El entorno natural es maravilloso, muy cuidado y agradable. El personal sumamente atento y dispuesto. Gracias, Cuba y gracias Los cayenes por hacer tan grata nuestra visita a Santa Clara!

Los trabajadores del Hotel dan lo mejor de sí para hacer de la experiencia algo especial, el trato fue excelente! La naturaleza y la fauna están al alcance de tu mano. Buena limpieza y comida de temporada muy buena. Sin dudas repetiría mi estancia y lo recomiendo !

Hoy por hoy sigue siendo la mejor piscina y el mejor hotel que e visitado una experiencia inigualable la piscina es muy limpia, la comida es súper exquisita, el servicio es excelente, el hotel visualmente es muy hermoso y las habitaciones están muy limpias
