Hipotels Dunas Aparthotel

Das Hotel kann ich weiterempfehlen. Es ist bestens geeignet für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Besonders überrascht und gefreut hat uns das leckere Abendessen, dass bei unserer späten Ankunft im Hotel auf dem Zimmer bereitstand. Vielen Dank dafür!🙂

The hotel over all is a bit old, but all the facility is fine and for us, it provides everything we needed for this 1-week holiday is a child. The best thing was the staffs, they go to great length to make you feel welcomed and make sure your stay was a pleasure.

Der Hotel Direktor (Jose Miguel Hernandez) hat keine Manieren. Ohne sich vorzustellen kam er abends (am 2. Urlaubstag) an unseren Tisch im Speisesaal, an dem ich mit meiner Frau und meinem vierjährigen Sohn sass und verlangte dass ich meine Kappe ausziehe (die ich aus medizinischen Gründen trage). Als ich ihn darauf hinwies dass viele Gäste in Flipflops und kurzer Hose am Tisch sitzen, wurde er sofort ausfallend und pöbelte: Wir halten uns wohl für was Besseres und wenn ich morgen nochmal mit Kappe "seinen" Speisesaal betrete, werde ich was erleben. Dann ging er. Meine Frau und ich haben innerlich vor Wut gekocht, zudem war unser kleines Kind auch noch verängstigt. Wir fühlten uns sehr gedemütigt durch diese blamable Szene. Von da an war unser Urlaub natürlich ruiniert und wir sind die restlichen Tage auf eigene Kosten in Restaurants essen gegangen. Bei "LUXAIR" haben wir Beschwerde eingereicht.Erst da haben wir erfahren dass dieser ungehobelte Kerl der Direktor selbst war und schon als Choleriker bekannt ist. Wir wollten so schnell wie möglich umgebucht werden und der sehr freundliche LUXAIR Guide hat alles in die Wege geleitet, aber von Hipotel hat er keine Antwort darauf erhalten, was er selber auch schon eine Sauerei fand. Seit ca. 30 Jahren verbringe ich meinen Urlaub in Spanien und habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Somit ist diese Beschwerde meine Erste. Es versteht sich von selbst dass wir nie wieder ein Hipotel von innen sehen werden. Der Name dieses Hotels: Hipotels Dunas Cala Millor

Family of four stayed in a lateral room with ocean view. Hotel staff including front desk, dining, and cleaning are kind, attentive, and helpful. No problems with room or service. Coffee maker, compact refrigerator, dishes/utensils, and small dining table/bar in the room. Comfortable beds (kids slept on sofa beds w/bedding provided). Indoor pool is small but clean. Outdoor pool is refreshing with lots of seating. Beach access is just beyond the deck through a secure door with multiple showers available to rinse off sand before re-entering. Towels available poolside for a deposit. At the beach, chairs can be rented under umbrellas for a nominal fee (unaffiliated with hotel). Half board dining service was pleasant and food was plentiful and good quality. Drinks available for purchase at dinner. Entertainment offered in the evening. We stayed for the Flamenco show, which didn't disappoint! Unsecured wifi access provided. The hotel is visibly dated and could use a touch of modernization. During a short stay, we stayed close to the hotel for beach access, and we took a snorkeling excursion, which offered lasting memories!

Świetna lokalizacja, przy pięknej promenadzie. 10-15 minut spacerkiem do centrum Cala Millor. Praktycznie bezpośrednie wyjście na plażę. Wprawdzie hotel wymaga lekkiego liftingu, ale w nie wpłynęło to na bardzo udany pobyt. Pomocna i miła obsługa. Obszerny apartament (sypialnia, pokój dzienny, aneks kuchenny) z widokiem na morze i część basenową, cidziennie sortątany. Doskonałe i urozmaicone jedzenie. Jedyny minus, to słabe wieczorne animacje, bardziej skierowane do dzieci. Brakowało mi muzycznych wieczorów, ale to moja subiektywna ocena. Chętnie tu wrócimy

Digne d'un quatre étoiles, excellent hôtel, piscine propre, la plage se trouvait à une dizaine de mètres. Les repas étaient variés, et très bons. Le personnel très réactif. et toujours disponible. Je pense vouloir y retourner, car je garde un excellent souvenir. Le plus plaisant était le calme le soir, je me suis vraiment reposé.
