Excellent Hotel Lovely hotel, extremely spacious rooms. Hotel is spotless but above all the staff are absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly from the reception to the restaurant, the entertainment staff and the barstaff. The food at the hotel is top quality with a wide selection. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Hotel in an amazing location. Welcoming Reception, huge bedroom, with a very large walk-in shower. Everything is spotlessly clean. The food was amazing and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, in both the main restaurant and the pool bar. Great lifeguard, attentive, and professional. The evening Cocktail Bar and Entertainment were Super. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will hopefully be back for another holiday soon.

Just back from this hotel normally I would let you know What is around the hotel Pubs, restaurants, but I didn’t go out much. This was due to the two girls that did the entertainment Martyna and Julia they were so much fun and entertain us all day Long to the management you need to keep these girls they are a big asset to your hotel.. Room We were in room 1330 in block C great view of pool area very spacious bright and clean cleaner kept it spotless thank her for me please.. only downside was lift very small and slow only three people allowed at one time tip!! There are two lifts One that takes you down to the pool area use this one much quicker. Restaurant Bright and very clean waiting staff very friendly and so hard working I found the food to be Really good and lots to choose from. Pool area. Again very clean and well kept Young girl at bar was very friendly and hard-working sorry I can’t remember her name. Antonio, the pool attendant was friendly and always had time for a chat and even joined in with some of the games this was nice to see.. Bar staff evening Very busy but always friendly, kept tables clear and clean at all times. Evening entertainment Martyna and Julia were again excellent keeping the shows moving and making sure the guests were having a brilliant time. Reception Didn’t need to go very often but when we did friendly and helpful. Management You should be very proud of your product your staff are excellent and I look forward to seeing you next year. And lastly to Martyna and Julia thank you for so much fun I’m so glad I met you both friends for life.. see you next year 🩷

Had a Great time at this hotel, our 5th visit. The food is great and you will always find something to eat even for the pickest of eaters. Staff are lovely and friendly and Miguel cannot do enough for you. The Bar staff are great Deniz, Angel, Anthony and the others, nothing too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean, definitely will return next year

First time visit to this resort. Booked after reading lots of reviews that were positive. Arrived about 7pm in the evening, quick check in & went to our rooms (no service to assist with luggage). Allocated room 1226 which was in main block on 2nd floor view of pool & directly opposite the stage. We had booked a family room with separate bedroom but did not get this. We were in a room with 2 single beds & sofa bed. The room was spacious but had a really strong smell of damp which was really unpleasant. Beds were hard especially the sofa bed. Bathroom was modern but the shower flooring was like a sponge and was horrendous to walk on. We had an issue with the air con for 2 nights- vibrating, loud banging & rattling but was fixed quickly once reported. Disappointed in the limited cocktails available & they were already pre mixed & very weak. The staff were friendly & pleasant. The food was average, buffet was good especially the salad & cheeseboard options. The lunch snack bar was very repetitive, cold & not available for long enough. The self serve drinks were good including the hot drinks & ice creams. Disappointed you are not provided with bottled water, even one bottle you could then refill would be welcomed… you shouldn’t have to purchase from a shop in an all inclusive! The pools were freezing but we did brave them it’s nice to be able to get a sun bed at any time of the day, although I imagine it would be a nightmare in the summer. Good location & only 2 mins walk to the beach. Entertainment was average & expected at a small resort like this. This hotel attracts an older clientele, most of which appear to be repeat visitors. An average 3 star resort at most. probably won’t return as we like to visit different places.
