Insotel Tarida Beach Resort & Spa

Just returned after a weeks and we did not experience a single problem, and neither did the other families we met and connected with. Staff are All lovely and extremely friendly. Rooms cleaned every day. Food is good and plenty of choice! Views from restaurant, beach bar and sunset bar are lovely Grounds are lovely, pools are clean, yes, they might be cold, but the website states they are not heated. Plenty of choice drinks wise. Separate adults area for eating and drinks & separate adults only pool. Note to ‘brits abroad’ make eye contact with the waiters, try and speak some Spanish, even just the basics and it’ll go a long way! If you’re confused and potyout off by all of the mixed reviews, don’t be.

The woman in the shop is a mirable facker. She doesn’t want you to buy anything and always on the phone when you are in there! Really poor service from her. I have to type 200 characters to be able to leave those review, but be assured she is a miserable facksr.

Had the worst experience whilst staying at this hotel!! Me and my husband was getting married at Cas Mila and stayed here with 40 other family and friends. On the second day we had €2000 stolen from our room whilst we was out which was for our videographer, despite it being in my partners bag and had the do not disturb sign on the front of the door! The safe did not work and even when they was notified about it they still did not fix it! Staff on the front desk and relations manager was useless and did not seem to care that someone had been in our room and stolen from us! Spent the day before our wedding sat in a police station for 5 hours to file a crime report for anything to be investigated and still nothing was done before we left, no compensation or an apology was given. The manager said we would get our money back in which we spent on taxis to and from the police station but as we did not have a receipt then we couldn’t have the money back, even though the hotel booked the taxis for us! The TUI reps was just as useless and did not want to know terrible experience. Advise anyone who is thinking of staying here not to bother nowhere near a 5 star hotel!! The staff behind the bar and in the food restaurants were brilliant but anyone else you can’t trust!

Just got back from a week's stay with my two kids aged 3 and 10 and we absolutely loved it. Our room was up 3 flights of stairs but this didn't bother us at all as they can't possibly give everyone with a family a ground floor one. We were in a family room which was plenty big enough and was cleaned every day. The pools and surrounding areas were always spotlessly clean as were the restaurant areas. We absolutely loved the food, they had paella on most days which was as good as you would get in any restaurant but pay 30 euros plus for and the all inclusive cocktails were a massive plus too. Yes the retreat is an uphill walk but again this didn't bother us at all and only takes 5 minutes. The kids loved it there and were kept entertained by the pools, slides, park and football pitch. It did get quite busy though so we did make sure we were there for when it opened at 10.30 to get a good spot. The beach is stunning and we had a walk along there most days and would definitely recommend watching the sunset. The only negative for us was that the entertainment was inside and not on the big stage outside. So we gave it a miss as didn't want to sit inside all night on holiday. We would definitely recommend it to other families.

Stayed for a 7 night vacation in may 2025 Hotel was beautiful and spotless and constantly being cleaned by staff. Drinks were good and cocktails all made fresh. Plenty of choice on the menus for cocktails and mocktails. Service was good from all the staff and all greeted us with a smile and polite manners Food was good in morning - plenty of choice lm cereals, fruits yoghurts, breads, cakes & pastries. All types of eggs and omelettes cooked in-front of you, pancakes, full English and lunch - meats, cheese, salads. Breads, fresh meat and hotdogs, paella freshly cookedbut evening meal was abysmal - had to find local eateries to dine at as was inedible on an evening Food cold, not much choice one night dogfish was on the menu and pork and lamb, all same for children too. Food not cleared off tables so seagulls taking their chances to pinch off the tables which is quite unhygienic. Not much to do in resort - No evening entertainment but may be as too early in season. Kids disco was busy Long check in wait time - over 1.5 hours in reception with no air con Resort itsself is spread up and down hills so not ideal if you struggle or have mobility issues No lifts at all and some rooms up 3 floors so have to carry cases up. Wifi works well in all areas. Views from restaurant is stunning Be careful on beach as hundreds and thousands of jellyfish being washed up 20 mins from airport on shuttle coach 2 x tui blue reps on site 9-5 mon to fri. Shop at hotel selling snacks, drinks and pool floats but over priced. Spar, la sirena and italian restaurant within 20 min walk from hotel. The retreat area is about 10 min walk from the hotel itself uphill Overall had a good week, stayed in better TUI blue hotels. However not the worse all inclusive weve been to but definitely not the best. Would return

El hotel estaba a la altura de lo esperado. Fuimos al retreat con los niños el primer día a ver tal y nos encantó, tal así, que volvimos cada día, todo el personal super amable, especialmente Ramón un hombre super cordial que se nota que ama su trabajo (estuvo en cada detalle).
