Hotel Brisa - Adults Only

We arrived at the hotel 23rd September at approx 10pm. Upon entering the hotel we were shocked by the noise. There was groups everywhere, shouting swearing and music blasting throughout the hotel and balconys. We quickly returned to reception and ask for a higher up floor away from it. We were told we couldn't move until the following day. The next day we moved to floor 4 of 6. Every single day and night we were subjected to the worst noise you could imagine. Shouting, doors banging, chairs scraping, music of the worst kind at high levels. It never stopped in the 11 days we were there, especially 11pm 12pm 1am 2am 3am 4am tam 6am right through until 7am before it started to quiet down. This was supposed to be a relaxing holiday, but not sleeping through the night made it impossible to get up early in the mornings and to get out and explore, losing valuable daylight hours. We reported this to reception repeatedly who told us in return, this is the worst they have ever seen it, and they cannot control it as they don't have any security. This behaviour was the worst of its kind, and the amount of money we paid for the holiday to be subjected to this around the clock 24 7 is disgusting. There is also another review left on TripAdvisor by someone else saying the same thing! Signs were also at the pool stating no speakers allowed, laughable. Everyone had there own speaker blasting wise the worst kind of music imaginable. If you are looking for a peaceful break, then don't book here. It was an absolute nightmare. Forget sitting on your balcony in the evening aswell, the noise was unforgettable. The hotel itself is lovely, but who they cater for leaves alot to be desired. You have been warned!!! We have contacted love holidays to investigate. Best of look on your Ryanair flight too, they are beyond disrespectful on that too!!!

We stayed here as a group of friends going to Ibiza. We just wanted a basic hotel, in San Antonio and this ticked most boxes. The hotel was clean, pool was nice, was €3.50 a pint down stairs, food was nice. It was a 10min walk for disco bus, 5 mins to Ibiza rocks, 15 mins to mambos and 20 to ocean beach. So an ideal location for most San Antonio party events

Just back from a 5 day stay here with my husband and on arrival we where very pleased the hotel is beautiful and very clean only downside there isn’t any air-con in reception so it’s very very warm, we where given room 219 and it was lovely just what we needed very clean and had fresh towels and cleaned everyday of our stay :) the hotel’s location is also great 5min walk to Ibiza rocks hotel and 5/10min walk to the west end and bus stop for the disco bus! We only had a few drinks in the hotel the prices where reasonable and the toasties are lovely, staff where very friendly and helpful only downside was asking for late checkout which we couldn’t get and had to sit in the roasting reception for 4 hours before getting picked up :( overall the hotel and our stay was great and I would definitely come back and definitely Recommend staying here it’s definitely not a 2 star should be more thank you hotel brisa x

Amazing Hotel! Staff, Rooms and overall hotel is excellent. Pool is fabulous, Bar food and drinks are cheap and very good. Hotel also has a great atmosphere and surrounding area. Would recommend this hotel to anyone planing on coming to ibiza any time soon. Deserves to be rated higher than 2 stars.

Currently staying in room 207. Very impressed with the hotel and our family room. Staff have been very attentive. Highly recommend this hotel for location and also for the lovely hotel it is. Our family room has 2 balconys with the most stunning reviews!

Stayed at Brisa hotel from the 30th September until the 7th October was worried as iv never stayed at a 2 star hotel and wanted some where cheap so I could do more activities on the island . This hotel is not a 2 star I’d give it a 4 star easy! Very clean rooms lovely reception area. very lovely receptionist and great bar staff and the cleaners are so nice and well mannered made sure we had everything we needed at all times! The food was nice and at a reasonable price and the balcony was a really good size the aircon in rooms was outstanding. I really don’t understand why this hotel is rated a 2 star as iv stayed in 4 stars that have not been as good as this hotel. Walking distance is only 10 minutes away from hot spots like cafe mambo and cafe del mar the whole of the sunset strip . There are little supermarkets about 3 minute walks from the hotel . Perfect Ibiza hotel location. Thank you !!
