I booked here last minute without a lot of research. It exceeded my expectations. I liked the location, in between two sets of bars and shops, easy walking distance to everything. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and the deck off the room was brilliant with good views. The pool area is large with plenty of loungers, drinks reasonably priced. I choose half board and I thought it was very good value for money. You get a lot of food. Plenty of other solo travellers as well.

Stayed for 5 nights as a short getaway with my partner. Didn’t need much from the hotel, just for it to be a nice walking distance to the main bars/restaurants in San Antonio so the hotel hit the mark there. For the price we paid, definitely a 5/5 from me with a huge plus being the breakfast that is served until midday. I wasn’t expecting much from the breakfast but it was actually really good, with fried eggs and omelettes being made to order. The pool area was generally very quiet so never had an issue getting sunbeds on the few occasions we sat by the pool. The pool is very cold but if you don’t mind the initial shock of getting in a cold pool then it is absolutely fine. The drinks and food made to order from the pool bar also very good. Bedrooms are quite basic, we were a bit surprised by 2 single beds pushed together in place of a double, but didn’t really bother us. Something we noticed is that the coffee sachets in the room did not get replenished but after asking for some at reception this resolved that issue. Overall it is quite a basic hotel and I am not 100% sure how it is a 4 star but for the price we paid I think it was more than satisfactory. Would definitely stay here again if we could get a similar price as we did on this occasion.

The hotel is rated as a 4 star. Definitely not a 4 star, more like a 3 star. The room is basic, as is the rest of the hotel. The plus side is the breakfast, which is very good and is served until 12. The security guard at night was also very rude and questioned whether I was staying at the hotel. I didn't have my room key, as my wife had it. The security guard wasn't having it that I was staying there and was very rude.

Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel tout était parfait. Nous étions en demi-pension et nous ne l’avons pas regretté. Petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu’il faut et dîner servi à table avec en choix une dizaine de menus (entrée plat dessert) . Belle piscine,personnel agréable à vos petits soins .

I got locked in the bathroom due to a faulty locking mechanism, I had to shout for over 30mins for another guest to alert hotel staff to get me out. It was pretty scary, I could have been in there for hours and missed my flight, also very dangerous if there had been a fire. When I reported this to the hotel, their response was basically “sorry, it won’t happen again, the incident is beyond our control”. I paid a lot of money to stay here and did not get the standard I would have expected for the price.

Desde que llegamos ( muy tarde por Cierto ) hasta que nos fuimos ( también tarde ) el personal Ha estado de 10 , recepción , comedor , piscina , habitaciones , personal de limpieza …. Las instalaciones y las habitaciones están muy bien ( tal como aparecen en las fotos ) Una experiencia muy agradable que sin duda si tenemos oportunidad repetiremos Saludos Un abrazo en especial para Pepe y para Carla

Maravilloso!desde el personal de recepción hasta limpieza. Comida excelente, trato inmejorable. Resaltar a Pepe y a Carla por su profesionalidad y buen rollo. Habitaciones grandes e impolutas. El hotel ha conseguido que volvamos SEGURO!!! Muchas gracias a TOD@S. Abrazote desde Madrid

Hotel très sympa, propre et calme, restaurant très bon, proche commerce. Chambre spacieuse et bien décorée. Piscine agréable, attention dans la demi pension les boissons ne sont pas comprises. Petit déjeuner excellent, beaucoup de choix.
