So nice hotel for business trip, clean, comfotable location. Very safe area. Inroom service also delicious and fanstacitc. Always stay this hotel when visit JNB.

Well located with great deck This hotel remains very well located in Joburg area, near highways, yet with very pleasant deck and outdoor aspect in the Wanderers Club.

I loved the propery, but the customer service was excellent. I am sorry that I cannot remember the young woman's name, but she went above and beyond to assist with whatever we needed. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling back to South Africa from the USA.

The hotel, staff, and restaurants were absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the dining options were exceptional. We truly enjoyed the warm hospitality and thoughtful service throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

I booked this hotel without doing too much research just because I knew of the Wanderers Club. The hotel is right next to the club which is open to non members and is absolutely stunning. The hotel is very clean, friendly and safe. Breakfast is very good and the bar has a great verandah. Parking is free. In less than 20 minutes you reach central Johannesburg or Sandton. Parkhurst is only 10 minutes away and I recommend it for a meal out. I always used to stay in Sandton but I much prefer this location. Special thanks to Derik and Musa who made our stay very special.

Poor and erratic water pressure resulting in very hot water only sometimes for a lengthy period. A severe hazard to scalding and burns. The sink is small and does not give much space to wash your hands. Vanity area is small with limited amenities. No electrical outlet in the bathroom for hair drying. Wind blows at something that knocks against the external wall in the room. Room 702. Room service is average and room is clean…only consolation.

Standard rooms very basic and small We were given a room that had 13 steps to go up to. No elevator no ramp. Unexpected. Very nice staff. Nice to have restaurant there. Minimal vegan options and nothing for breakfast but fruit. Unexpected as most places we have good have vegan options. Room super small.
