We have used this B and B numerous times now. Often forget to review it! Over the years we have been going, it’s consistently excellent. Rose and her staff look after you perfectly , nothing is too much trouble. Both rooms are lovely, the larger room is huge and both are well appointed and always spotlessly clean. The bedsare large and very comfortable with excellent quality linen. We always sleep well here. The location is close to Sandton and all its shops and restaurants and only a short uber ride away. Security is also excellent. The light breakfast is also excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough

Wow! This was our first time to SA and the Red Rose B&B made us feel welcome,safe and right at home. Our room was very clean,spacious and with every convenience thoughtfully arranged. Rose is the most warm and welcoming hostess and goes beyond what is expected. She helped make our stay memorable by helping us sort out what to see and do, and even dropped us off at a restaurant one evening! The delicious breakfasts were readily available when we were ready to rise.The garden through the french doors was a bonus to spend time in listening to the birds. I t was hard to believe you were in the middle of a large city! The location meant we had no difficulty Ubering around to restaurants,shops, sites and even a first time cricket match! We were fortunate to have our laundry done after five days and thank Ethel for this and her excellent service to our room. We had the most wonderful trip to SA and it all began at this beautiful GEM!

Excellent accommodation choice & very convenient location. Great quality beds and pillows, very quiet. Rose is an excellent host. The big room is very spacious and worth the extra money if you are a couple or small family.

Lovely, spacious B&B that is centrally located. Has everything you might need and the UPS (uninterrupted power supply) is a big win during load shedding. Rose is a very kind and welcoming host, and Ethel was great in getting some laundry done during my extended work trip. Will definitely be back!
