Big4 Sandstone Point Holiday Resort Bribie Island

Well what can I say, fabulous place. Excellent reception, fast checkin, toilet/showers spotless and a lot of them, pitches a good size. Added bonus was a swim up pool bar with happy hour. Pool complex is big and plenty of chairs, loungers, bean bags, cabanas for everyone. Had a lovely lunch at the bistro. Can fault this place at all. Brilliant.

I think the place is ok not baby friendly but was for my 12 year old, the prices of food is another level it really is $8 for 1 slice of bread and isn’t a decent slice of bread it’s the cheapest bread and so thin unreal!! An 45 minute wait for a coffee honestly the owner of this place rather than being greedy as fxxk should try think of the people. As said the accommodation was great then I would expect this for $1300 for two night but food is a joke and crap quality. We booked this as reviews said how amazing this is, but is nothing like what people say it is definitely get a better place and stay for the money Won’t be coming back to this big4 as it’s just to expensive

This place is not just a caravan park and really can't compare. It is a resort through and through with camping facilities an added bonus. Beautiful facilities, great kids activities and DJ and fun for the adults too! Anyone who mentions price obviously has no idea how much a resort of this size and with so many staff would cost to run. Well done to the team at Sandstone you run a top notch beautiful establishment.

Amazing park, lots of activities for the kids and adults too. Will definitely be back again with more people. The big kids enjoyed a few "friendly" games of life size chess. Next camping location sorted ✅

An expensive but enjoyable holiday. We camped for 6 nights and we were very happy with the facilities. The bathrooms and camp kitchens were very clean and well serviced. The only negative was the disabled toilets had nappy bins that smelt, I guess because there were so many people using them, but that made it unpleasant to shower my disabled son in the smelly bathrooms. The staff were very friendly, especially Brady at reception. The accommodation is expensive but we were happy to pay as the amenities were clean and enjoyable. I was a bit surprised we had to pay $22 for a family to play putt putt. That is usually included at other camp grounds. The only small things that would have made it a more perfect stay, was if the pool was cleaned more regularly. There were discarded pieces of fruit on the bottom of the swim up bar pool, even in the morning. One day there was even a soggy sandwich on the bottom of the pool which was unpleasant to walk on. With so many people using the pools, a few more staff picking up cups and uneaten food from around the pool might help keep some of the rubbish out of the pool, as we often saw young kids picking up discarded cups and playing with them in the water. My teenage kids were also a bit disappointed they couldn’t have their mocktails in a fancy cup like the adults. Had they been able to have a pretty looking mocktail worthy of an Instagram post, they would have bought a lot more (just something for management to think about), we also heard a lot of kids complaining about the same thing. Overall a very enjoyable holiday and we will be back. Thank you

Villa was fantastic, great facilities, fantastic activities!! Great food & drinks on offer, prices reasonable too!! Very clean & tidy villa and resort. Lounges around pool were well maintained and plenty on offer. Loved the food & drinks delivery to pool side and villa.
