Hyatt Place Richmond Airport

not bad.

Great location off of I-64. We stayed there for 1 night on our way to Williamsburg. Front desk staff was very friendly . Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Also included was a free buffet breakfast. Not a wide spread but food was good and was replenished when getting low. There were several restaurants nearby for dinner so plenty of choices within walking distance or a quick car ride . Plus a Target in case you forgot something.

I stayed at this property for two nights on 10/11/2024 and 10/12/2024. I usually do not stay at Hyatt branded properties; however, I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel lobby is nice, the complimentary breakfast is more than sufficient and the front desk staff were very friendly. Parking is $10 per night at this property, which seems to be normal for this area. The room was very nice. I had a standard King room. There is a large sectional sofa with plenty of room in the living area, partially separated from the bedroom with a nice refrigerator and desk. The Television sits between the two rooms. The bed is very comfortable and the climate control worked well. The sink is outside of the room with the shower and toilet. The shower had good pressure. The only minor inconvenience is that the room with the shower and toilet is very, very tiny. So tiny, in fact, that the door does not open the whole way. You can tell slightly that this is an older property; however, what I love about this place is that they keep it well maintained and in great condition. I would most definitely return to this Hyatt property again in the future.

Hotel always smells nice. Bed is super comfortable. Always given the room I ask for if available. Very accommodating because I love a corner room. Wish there were microwaves in the rooms. It's inconvenient at times to go all the way down stairs just to heat up my food. Other than that all of my stays are great.

The building is clean, room was clean, bed comfortable and I just have no complaints. I needed a place close to the airport and came upon the hotel by accident and glad I did Breakfast had variety and anyone should be able to find something to eat. Totally recommend. And I just think it's just a hidden gem.

Had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the location of this property. Lots of shopping and eating venues close by.

The hotel staff went above and beyond For our breakfast (as we are late) and they made us a special plate. The staff is really friendly and courteous. The location is really good for business as it is close to target local food and Golds Gym. The van drivers are Courteous and very kind.

Good quality various restuarants steak and seafood variety in walking distance great staff very friendly helpful and knowledgeable.

I stayed at the Richmond Airport Hyatt on a last minute trip for a funeral. I had adult my son with me. We had a room with two queen beds. I was warmly and professionally greeted at check in by Steve, and also had excellent experiences with Brittany at the front desk the next day. The room was spacious and clean, we also enjoyed the pool, breakfast was included and was much better that the usual "free breakfast included". Complimentary coffee and tea is available 24 hours. Air conditioning in the room worked well, it was quiet, beds and pillows were comfortable, not a long wait for the elevator -all the little things that add up to a very pleasant experience. I really cannot say one negative thing about my stay. It was a pleasure.
