We stayed at Emma and Gordon's delightful b&b in Sandown for a long weekend with my parents. Emma and Gordon are wonderful hosts and could not have made us feel more welcome and comfortable. The Bell Lodge is spotlessly clean and a lot of care has been given to guests having a great experience. Rooms were lovely and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast choice and quality were excellent. Other bonuses are it is close to the sea front, with parking and the whole island is accessible. Cannot recommend it enough.

A brief but highly enjoyable short visit to the Island. The bedrock of has to be the Bell Lodge and its proprietors Emma and Gordon. The rooms met all our needs, the breakfast was more than top drawer and as for care and attention they couldnt have been more helpful. If you are deliberating on accommodation, deliberate no more and pick up the phone to the Bell Lodge. You will not be dissapppointed.

Great breakfasts, huge portions, comfy bed, clean and welcoming, great hosts. Ideally located with the beach and shops a stone's throw away. We used this as a base for various excursions, even circumnavigating the island. Would definitely recommend Bell Lodge.

Traveled over from NZ and stayed at Bell Lodge for the second year Perfect location for walking and parking Beautiful Rooms , excellent cuisine with tailor made option. Everything from cleanliness to generous hospitality . Gordon and Emma were the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble in making our stay such a pleasurable one. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Just faultless. Perfect hosts, the breakfast was as good as you can get - great choice of food, well cooked and couldn’t fault it. Rooms spotless. Ample parking in front of the lodge. The Bell Lodge is up there with the best!! Will certainly be back.

I found The Bell Lodge perfect in every way. Hosts and owners, Emma and Gordon could not do enough for us to make sure we felt welcome and needed everything. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were ultra clean and replenished and they both went out of their way to help us and make our stay pleasant. Am looking forward to the next time! What a gem. Emma & Gordon are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them, a real home from home. Room was very clean, good supply of tea, coffee & biscuits.and if you needed fresh towels just ask. Breakfast just amazing, you can build your own, all freshly cooked, also fresh fruit yogurt & cereals. Car parking, which is a plus, beach within easy walking distance, and nearby bus stops, and a good service. Would definitely stay here again

Had a nice 3 days staying at the bell Lodge great hosts Emma and Gordon couldn't do enough breakfast was great slept well . Emma found the keys I put them in a pair of socks we had a extra hours journey to pick the other set mark wasn't best pleased as you can imagine Thanks again guys till we meet again with the next car x

Really well presented bed and breakfast, great hosts, comfy beds and the best bit, the sausages on a morning fry up. All round great service. Right on the bus route, and a couple minutes walk from Sandown pier. Great stay, will be back for sure.
