Room is a bit old and noisy..............................

The hotel was convenient and clean, unfortunately the staff didn’t consider the occupants privacy or security having left the patio doors wide open tkk on both of the rooms we occupied either following cleaning the room or after entering due to a false fire alarm which at one point left us thinking the room had been broken into and possessions taken.

Good stay for a night, rooms are not that large and the doors and toilets was a bit filmsy.

Very nice stay with friendly staff. Room was cozy, quiet, clean and comfortable. And great parking.

Located near the train station. Close proximity to the ferry ride station and the sandown beach. Helpful staff clean rooms

Great location and good parking. Lovely space outside. Spacious rooms - could do with updating but very clean.

Overall a good one for the price

The evening staff where nowhere to be seen on the evening we checked in. They had a sign at reception saying they were in the bar and a sign in the bar saying they were at reception. Took over 20 minutes to find a member of staff to be able to check in and they weren’t even apologetic once they turned up. The next evening we went for a drink in the bar, while the rugby finals were on. There were many people trying to get a drink, however again the bar/reception staff were not around. Ended up giving up waiting without being served and going back to our room instead. Very disappointed with the service. The room and location had everything you needed, however and we had no complaints in this regard.
