朝食は質素でしたが、でも、サンダカンのみんな、politeだし、こころの優しいひとばかり。。。ホテルのお兄さんもお姉さんも、感じのいいひとばかり！

Very good hotel value for money. My room are clean room and the staff are friendly and respectful. Benji at the reception was really helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you Benji for your hospitality and cooperation. I will come back again to Sandakan hotel.

Hotel was ideally located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the starting point for Heritage Trail walk with the Jamek Mosque (Heritage trail no 1 - oldest mosque in Sandkan$?? just next door. Quite easy to get Grab/Maxim to go anywhere hence. In general the hotel is quite old with working furnitures however some repairs needed is quite understandable. Did not opt for breakfast (reasonably priced) as we would want to try out local shops instead. All in all, a very convenient place to stay

Excellent service by the staff mainly the reception guy who did my check-in forgot his name. He gave me checked in around 1pm and also he gave me to stay in the room until 1pm during checked out. Only WiFi in the room i cant connect at all. Even i tried for several times. I am staying at 5th floor.

這個酒店在山打根算不錯的酒店，但是旁邊是穆斯林教堂，慎住。這個酒店大眾點評訂便宜很多。位置很好。前台服務也很好。

衞生：不錯，設施舊了一些，性價比高

The shower head cant stand on its stand, cant shower properly, have to hold by yourself. But service & everything are superb! The food is the best!
