This place is recommended by my friend. The room can fit 3 solo beds. Good for the family wd kids and pwd. We found our floor wet when we woke up (because of moist), but the staff readily helped us.

Very dirty room. There were a lot of bugs in our bed and cracks in the walls. The room also smelled horrible. Breakfast wasn’t good either. Overall we really don’t recommend this hotel.

I think it’s overpriced for Port Barton. They advertise as a nice hotel but really it’s mediocre service. Staff is nice but the service is so-so.

Great view by the beach, in the middle of town, swimming pool is OK it was filthy though, the staff are Ok, not very friendly though i think they are under staffed, we had to carry all our laugage through check-in and check-out, bed and pillows are super uncomfortable, cute little room though, Breakfast is shocking absolutely disappointing, NO effort or whatsoever, they served rice,rice soup, eggs, a sausage you can't eat, and a sardines.. NOTE it wasn't free we paid it with the Room rate.

We choose this hotel based on the reviews in Tripadvisor, unfortunately there are not many good hotels in Port Barton and this is supposed the best one, breakfast is regular one, not based on foreign necessities, rooms are medium size and clean, sane than rest of premises in the hotel, however hotel do not have a contingency plan for unforeseen events, we have had problems with wifi, up and down during two days, electricity short cuts, there is not generators to compensate this, and last water cuts, when asking to reception the depot was used for laundry instead of guess, from my point of view human higiene is first and later on laundry due to is possible to have extra towels, sheets and so on but is really uncomfortable have dinner full of sand and sea salt

Nos cambiamos a este hotel porque en el otro resort solo teníamos 1h de agua al día. De los mejores de la isla, las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas. Lo limpian cada dia, desayuno decente con buffet delante de la playa. Carta y cockaits ricos y variados. Una cosa que falta son unas sombrillas en las tomumbonas de la playa para protegerse del sol, una cafetera en condiciones (que no la hay en ningún sitio en Port Barton ) y cartel de "Do not disturb" para que sepan cuando la habitación está ocupada.

- Lleno de perros de la calle dentro de la zona descanso del hotel, nadie hace nada para que se vayan. - Piscina rota durante toda nuestra estancia, no hicieron ningún intento de arreglo - El desayuno escaso, y algunos alimentos en mal estado. - Habitaciones MUY SUCIAS, pides que la limpien y siguen MUY SUCIAS, no cambian toallas, te dejan el suelo pegajoso, hay mucha humedad por todo, baños huelen MUY MAL, la limpieza entre muchas otras cosas no corresponde para nada a un hotel con puntuación 4,1 (en Google) y de 130€ la noche. - Personal muy poco colaborativo (no te ayudan en nada) - Paredes de los baños dan asco, están llenas de suciedad.

There are only 2 large hotels in Port Barton. This hotel was ok for the price. The staff was Very Friendly and helpful. The Hotel needs someone to come in and "help" it improve. Gorgeous Pool with NO pool chairs...just plants. I envision at least 13 lounge chairs could be added and most of the plants could be moved around. Then you could lay at the pool and have a few drinks in the sun! No umbrellas in sand area by the few lounge chairs that they have. There was no food servers, you had counter service only. Beds are HARD. No Money Change at the Front Desk. Very Small Beach City, Quiet mostly, some kids love to use "Firecracker like" noises on beach. The boat trips were GREAT! Snorkeling was Great on the boat trips! Went to see Bigaho Falls on Private Boat...worth the money! Not Commercialize yet, so that is nice. People in the Philippines are the nicest, always smiling and singing people around!
