Villa Sos Orzastos is located between Puntaldia and Lu Impostu, in Via Capo D'Orso without a house number, we are in Lu Fraili di Sotto, a hamlet of San Teodoro, in Gallura, province of Sassari, north east Sardinia. main parking of Lu Impostu beach, 10 minutes walk immersed in the nature of this locality to get to this wonderful beach which continues becoming Cala Brandinchi, two magical places in Gallura. The villa is completely independent and has a garden of 1800 square meters with all the Mediterranean scrub, the olive trees, that is the wild olive trees from which the house takes its name, other agave, lavender and hibiscus plants enrich and color the garden that has large parking spaces and green lawn areas in which to set up areas for sunbathing at all hours of the day and a barbecue area with an outdoor shower. From here you access a panoramic terrace overlooking both the sea of Lu Impostu on one side and that of Puntaldia on the other. From the terrace you enter a house of about 200 square meters with a large living room with dining area and a sitting area, with a large fireplace in the middle, the house has antiques scattered everywhere, in particular in this room, with TV, armchairs and windows that always overlook the sea. From here you enter from one side the kitchen, simple but functional, with fridge with freezer, kitchen with 4-burner stove with oven, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils. On the other side of the hall you enter the sleeping area, which consists of 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, the first bedroom has a double bed, has a sea view and has a private bathroom in the room with toilet, shower and bidet. The second bedroom is a pearl, finely furnished with antiques, has two windows from which you can see the sea even when you sleep in your bed, in the style of the most absolute first Costa Smeralda.
