This is a pension, not a hotel. It is basically half a floor in a building, withing walking distance of the old town. Bit it is not more than a all corridor with rooms, in a building where other people live, along a busy street. Eith all the noises that come from thar: people walking on the wooden floor above you and next to you. Our room was right next to the reception (like “right next to it” and people walking or talking was like they stood next to you. Above all. the price was way too high for what it offered. The price was in the range of a 3-4 star hotel in San Sebastian

Habitación 105. Imposible que quepan dos personas, no había ni donde poner la maleta. La cama de 120 estaba tan justa que solo había una mesita a un lado, no había ni una silla donde poner nada porque no cabía. Insistencia en saber la hora de llegada porque no puedes hacer check in de 14 a 17h porque no hay nadie en recepción. Todo esto, a precio de hotel de 4 estrellas. No recomendaría.

Hemos ido con un bebé y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Está muy céntrico y cerca de la playa. Las camas son cómodas y está todo muy limpio. Pero sin duda, lo mejor de todo, la amabilidad del personal.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Well located, although on a very noisy street. We booked a room via their website, which doesn’t reflect 100% the reality. The room was tiny, so it was very difficult to move around and to take things out of your suitcases.

I give it a 5, but you have to understand that this is a pension and not a 5 star hotel.. Having said that, it is better than many three star hotels out there! The room was clean and big. They changed the towels and cleaned it up very nice, even on a Sunday. The room 12 was very noisy, but if I’d you close the door, it gets much better. I would recommend it as a budget option.
