Very tidy, well located. No issues with the hotel checkin and check out process. A bit noisy late nights, as my room faced a plaza where folks would gather for one last laugh. Felt safe in this hotel, and loved the location close to bud and train stations.

Excellent accomadation, with brilliant staff to welcome us. The room was warm and comfortable. Great bed! But, we paid a lot of money for one night in a room which was very small - so I'm not entirely satisfied. We paid what you´d expect to pay for a more centrally located hotel with 5* facilities.

Hemos estado este finde y todo son palabras buenas. Empezando por las dos chicas de recepción Alba y otra chica. Simpáticas, atentas y se preocupan por todo. Las habitaciones muy limpias y no le falta detalle de nada. La ubicación mejor imposible. Y Juan que es la persona que nos recogió en el aeropuerto y nos llevó también al mismo, también muy atento y servicial. Es un sitio para volver y repetir.

Inmejorable mi estancia en Atotxa Rooms.Muy recomendable. Muy buena ubicación junto a la estación de tren. Muy buen descanso en la habitación con una cama muy cómoda.Me ofrecieron el desayuno,al hacer la reserva a través de su web.Este te lo ofrecen en tres cafeterías próximas. También ofrecen el servicio de una cafetera de cápsulas, infusiones y agua. A destacar la atención que me ofreció el personal,en concreto Alba.Me indico lugares que visitar y donde probar los mejores pinchos de la ciudad.Muchas gracias por facilitarme mi estancia.

La ubicación ideal. Justo al lado de la estación de autobuses y del tren y en unos minutos estás en el centro. Ideal La habitación no es muy grande pero adecuada muy limpia y todo nuevo Preocupación por el reciclaje. Desayuno concertado con otros establecimientos muy proximos. Repetiria sin dudar.

Personnels adorables, au petit soin petite carte de bienvenue, bonbons, chocolats, possibilité de boire une boissons chaudes quand on veut.. tout est bien pensé ! Super literie, wifi impeccable, très propre.. bref rien à redire ! Je recommande...

Fantastic 5 nights here. It was really, clean, quiet and a great location for exploring San Sebastian and beyond. Easy check-in and good recommendations for bars and restaurants. The air conditioning was excellent and very much appreciated during a heatwave. Hope to go back.

Really lovely hotel situated right next to the bus and train station. Staff were extremely helpful. There are lots of little minor things that altogether make it a great place to stay. Highly recommend it.

The host is so lovely. My reasonable requests were all fulfilled by her ; sometimes a bit out of the way as well. She recommended best cheesecake in San Sebastián and lots delightful places to eat. Breakfast was great too. She also made the special effort to call the train station for me on my query. She ensured other guests are quiet for a peaceful stay. Thank you Alba for being such an excellent host.
