Very good location and clean

great people, great facilities

Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. Oh take note of insects at night. But it makes the whole experience wholesome. Trip in and out of the hotel cost 150k to 200k per trip to the city area.

Ce charmant hôtel est situé à quelques kilomètres de Sapa, dans un endroit tranquille. Le chemin pour y arriver est vraiment très mauvais. Mais une fois sur place vous ne serez pas déçus. Les chambres dont spacieuses et très bien décorés avec une vue superbe sur la vallée. Tout le personnel est accueillant . À partir de l hôtel on peut faire une promenade pour voir le village. Et aller à la rencontre des habitants .

This is a beautiful location and property. The photos are all accurate and the staff are lovely and very accommodating. The bath is so nice to relax in and the view is spectacular. The bed is pretty firm (seems common in Vietnam). I would stay here again. A few hints: - It is 4km from town. This doesn’t seem very far but the road is in terrible condition and often busy. It can take between 10-20 mins to get into town in a taxi depending on the time of day and costs approx 150-200VND. I’d highly recommend using motorbike/scooter transport. You could walk too, it would probably take an hour and steep in parts with some parts better for walking than others. - Being out of town it is very beautiful and quiet - depending on the other guests. We had a group come in on our last night and they were very loud until 3am - taking some of the serenity away. - We travelled in off season and while this is not meant in a negative way there are a few things which would have been nice to know. For the nights there weren’t many guests an ala carte breakfast was served instead of a buffet. It was also hard to find staff in the afternoon/evening. We were hoping to get dinner and a drink but the lights were off in the restaurant and we had to search the property for staff. They were accommodating and gave us the option for some room service. As you’re not close to any restaurants or cafes, this isn’t overly helpful when you’re looking for food, especially if you just want to enjoy being in their beautiful property and not go into town. I assume it would be different when it’s busier. No mini bar

Nous avons eu la chance de passer 2 nuits dans ce bel hôtel très proche de Sapa. Il est idéalement situé à quelques minutes du Cat Cat Village. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et offre une vue panoramique sur les rizières. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et vous donnera de très bons conseils afin de visiter la région. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon.

단순한 구경만 하는 여행에서 힐링까지 하고온 멋진 자연경관에 자리하고 있는 방갈로식 호텔 입니다. 시내 나가는 길이 폭우에 망가져 복구가 된다면 더 좋은 호텔이 될듯요.....

We absolutely loved staying at Sin Chai Eco Lodge! The setting was beautiful and peaceful, the service was great, and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Definitely recommend staying here in Sapa!

This hotel is an amazing place to stay. Relaxing, stunning views, and quiet area. The room is clean and the pool is nice (It fits well with the environment around it). The staff are friendly especially a woman at the front desk. What I was disappointed with was waiting for my food for a long time (I’m starving). I know they were really busy with a big group but they should know that there’s only a table with two of us at that time. They just let us wait until everything was finished with the big group. which took 3 hours. However, overall I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Es un hotel hermoso, las instalaciones, las habitaciones con todo lo necesario y unas vistas espectaculares a la montaña, la piscina es agradable y el personal muy servicial. Qui es una persona muy amable y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos en nuestra estadía. Los del hotel te ayudan a alquilar moto, te ayudan a conseguir taxi para ir al centro, queda a 10 minutos alejado pero la paz y tranquilidad que se siente ahí vale la pena alejarse un poco. Súper recomendado!
