Wonderful oasis in desert. Staff fantastic and tours+great. Hotel was very comfortable. Only downside is it is on a rutted road outside town so getting there needed hotel shuttle. We had great t8me and our expeditions were really good and well managed. Food was wonderful.

We stayed five nights and came away totally enchanted by the Atacama. Our guide Claudio and our driver -also called Claudio- gave us an intimate and highly personalised tour of incredible diversity of geology, animal life and local history. The guide was very knowledgeable on the science, ethnology and really any question that came to our minds. The driver made us feel very safe even on rutted dirt roads and both couldn‘t have been nicer. They were an all out wonderful team. The Atacama desert at San Pedro de Atacama is a natural wonder. We had snow capped peaks, incredible vistas and wonderful and colourful geological and biological diversity. There is a wide range of activities on offer: strenuous hikes, floating in salt pools, looking at geothermal parks of fumaroles, geysers and other extremes, star gazing in very clear skies, visiting the salt planes with flamingos, seeing freeranging vicuñas and guarnacos at altitudes up to 15,000 feet, the hotel being at half that level. The days can be freely designed and there are pleasant pools and full service spa facilities on site. The hotel staff were young and all highly motivated, cheerful and friendly. The rooms offer spacious comfort and excellent bedding. There is a full board option and the food offered was remarkably good and diverse given the remote location.

This luxury hotel is beautifuly set up a few km from downtown of SanPedro, offers shuttle and bikes. Its extremly friendly and pro staff is always eager to help you. It has great cuisine, the food is sofisticated, beautiful and very tasty! Spa treatment was absolutely fabulous. Excursions we had was perfectly fit to our requirements. There are several pools which means everyone can find one for a private use. 100% Recommend!

This was a beautiful hotel in the most gorgeous canyon. Amazing scenery all around. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. There were a few technical glitches in our room such as a certain light that wouldn’t go off for the entire night for two nights. The Jacuzzi area could be more isolated for the reservation of the use so that other guests can use the surrounding chairs. The road condition was very bad and wiped out so we had to go down at alternative bumpy narrow road, and none of that information was told to us in advance.
