Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel de style andalou. Petit bémol sur notre chambre qui donnait sur le site des animations en soirée. Chambre nettoyée tous les jours avec un personnel souriant. Au niveau restauration, peut-être un manque de changement des menus proposés car sur 8 jours c'est souvent la même chose. Un grand bravo au personnel de sallle qui débarasse les tables rapidement. Beaucoup de sites à visiter autour de l'hôtel en organisé ou en louant une voiture. On peut aller à pieds à Puerto Banus en suivant le sentier le long du littoral. Nous avons passé un bon séjour

I am not sure how the hotel has so many five star reviews, I spoke to people who had been five times and would not return. First the good point I contacted Juan the manager asking for a certain location he advised me the block I wanted was a Superior room also I asked for my daughter to be close by when she arrived three days later. Full marks he did both, I did pay a extra £138. Please make sure you know the difference between a Superior room and Deluxe you get much more for a deluxe room for 10 euros a night more. The Hotel is clean and the cleaners work very hard we had our room cleaned every day five stars to them, The bad points. Shame the bar staff do not follow the example of the cleaners and restaurant staff. The men who work behind the bar are rude they have no person skills and treat the customer with contempt. The hotel ran out of white wine the first week I asked when they would have any available as I do not drink spirits and was told could be two days two weeks I don't order it. They had more wine in two days later only to run out of it again. Saturday it arrived and it must have been the worst white wine I have ever tried I thought they had used the pipe cleaning liquid and forgot to flush the pipe but all bars were the same. They then run out of ice cream red martini. Glad I came home Sunday. The food was always cold they would cook pancakes then put them on the side only to serve cold later no idea why, Top marks the Pizza chap who worked hard every night that's the only meal I had hot the whole holiday. I would not return what a shame my wife and daughter went a few years and I went on the recommendation they say its gone right down no idea why.

Fair and honest Been many times and this place has lots of positives the staff are amazing the grounds beautiful and the place has good entertainment with a great atmosphere. Always had the food down for typical 3*AI and budgeted for a few nights out however this time it was very poor indeed. Lots of items missing, undercooked fish, slop of pasta sauce and tough meat. Tried a pizza one night that Chef had brought out fresh it was like cardboard and cold. All the food was cold !!!!! Spent lots of money eating out so consider this if your on a budget. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday the staff and surroundings make the place . Don’t think we would return unless friends tell us the food has improved. Thankyou to all staff who work so hard

Positives; The puddings are nice. The grounds are stunning. Some of the staff are lovely. Pizzas are fantastic Negatives; Seems the older people like to stare at you; like throughout our whole stay; we were stared at - made us feel so uncomfortable and not welcoming at all. Bathroom doors scrap the floor - not just in my room but others too. Room faced the street - so you heard the garbage men and street cleaners very early in the morning. The shower leaks and floods the room. There’s bugs, not a clue where these came from. Lizards in the main building on the walls. Ants in the hallways. Floor around the pool area slippy, very unsafe for little kids. Some restaurant staff are rude and snatch plates from you. Food is ok, sometimes it’s warm, sometimes it’s cold, sometimes it’s the same boring stuff. No clear labels on foods telling you what it is, you kinda have to guess what you’re eating. Flies all over the food which is disgusting, things like bread should really be covered. Trips are too expensive for a big family, would help if they did a discount for big families. Air con is the room doesn’t work at all. Cleaners come in and make the beds and empty the bin but be prepared for them not to change the beds though even when they are visibly dirty. I wouldn’t say this hotel is for big families, maybe it’s for old people that like to sit around the pool all day. There’s not a lot to do around the area from what we’ve found. There’s walks to various beaches which are lovely. But be prepared to sit around the pool all day. Which is a bit repetitive. The entertainment is ok, but again not worth coming back for. Beach is 15 minutes away depending on which way you go, as there is multiple ways. Shop round the corner. Lovely Mountain View’s Hotel gift shop is always closed.

Bel hôtel très fleuri, intelligemment agencé. Tout le personnel est agréable (je ne parle pas espagnol mais je n ai jamais oublié de dire ola et por favor). Tout est très propre, l immense terrasse à beaucoup de tables et pourtant tout est toujours très propre car sans cesse débarrassée et nettoyée. Le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner sont bons, copieux et variés (ceux qui se plaignent de la nourriture j aimerais savoir ce qu ils mangent chez eux). Ma chambre était agréable et nettoyée tous les jours. La douche n est pas très grande mais suffisante pour se laver. J'ai assisté uniquement aux trois derniers spectacles (magie, trio d acrobates et trio de chanteurs) ils sont tous les trois de très grande qualité (merci à eux). Bravo aux animateurs qui sont pleins d énergie et pourtant en fin de saison. En résumé un super séjour.

My wife and I stayed at the Cortijo Blanco many years ago and thought we would return for a special anniversary. The hotel is ideal if you like to use public transport and the locations you can access via the local busses are many (either up or down the coast). Upon returning from a morning out, we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of champagne in the room as a birthday gesture for my wife. There are several shops, supermarkets, and bars in the local area, including an Irish bar and a Chinese restaurant. San Pedro town centre is about a 15/20 minute walk away, and the seafront promenade is a 10-minute walk. Porto Banus is approximately a 40-minute walk or a short bus ride from the front of the hotel. The check-in went smoothly, but getting our luggage up the four flights of narrow stairs to our top-floor room was a challenge for us, as we are both in our 70s. . This all-inclusive hotel offers a variety of food options, but the temperature of the food was inconsistent. We found it best to eat during the busy periods as the food got replenished more often. The downside of this is that the restaurant can get very noisy. Most of the staff are very helpful, although a couple of the bar staff could do with some training in the smile technique. If you are hiring a car, there is ample parking in the large car park at the front of the reception area. The one major problem we encountered on this holiday was when it rained heavily one night and the rain actually ran under the enormous gap at the bottom of the door and ended up flooding the bedroom area. I informed reception about this issue at 8:00 am, but they failed to relay the message, and the cleaner seemed mortified when she arrived around midday. Would we recommend or return to this hotel? Indeed. This hotel offers excellent value for money and is ideal for our needs.
