Casa Toscana Bed & Breakfast

Simple Awesome, exactly what I was looking for. A nice and clean hotel for a 3-night stay, close to downtown, shops, restaurants, supermarket, convenient stores.... and public bus stop right in front of the hotel!!! The owners are excellent people, and they personally manage the hotel. The even cook the included breakfast!!! No doubt I will stay there again next time, it just feels like home.

La casa de lo horrores, las condiciones son deplorables, el olor al entrar es de cajón viejo, no se corresponde en absoluto con lo que se publicita en los buscadores, derruida por dentro, sin bombillas en pasillos y escaleras, sin recepción 24 horas, la ubicación a pesar de estar cerca del centro es horrenda, rodeada de casas destruidas o en construcción, poco agradable. Mobiliario del patio en mal estado, tapado todo con mantas, como si fuera una casa fantasma, y el dueño, soberbio, grosero, poco resolutivo, altivo, ladrón, mentiroso y mala persona. No nos gustó e intentamos negociar con él para irnos sin pisar las habitaciones y no quiso en ningún momento devolver el dinero de cancelación a pesar de que Booking la aceptó y estipuló gastos de cancelación, éste ser, se embolsó el importe total sin haber llegado a quedarnos ni un sólo día, un engaño total. No dejéis que os engañe, mirar las habitaciones antes de dar la tarjeta de crédito, es sigiloso y hábil para cobrar, mirar todo antes, y decirle si no las ha puesto aún ,que ponga fundas a los cojines de su recepción y que arregle las sombrillas del patio que están que dan pena. Fijaros en casa detalle, es una pena porque podría haber sido muy bonito si esa casa estuviera resplandeciente, pero ya os digo que es una casa fantasma y el dueño un muermo .

GUILLERMINA AND JORGE ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE- SERVICE IS UNBELIEVABLE TERRIBLE , OUTDATED HOTEL OLD SMELLY ROOMS AND VERY DANGEROUS LOCATION. FELT LIKE JAIL. WE WILL BE FILING A REPORT WITH THE CONSUMER SERVICE AGENCY SO THEY CAN SHUT DOWN THIS UNSAFE HORRIBLE PROPERTY UNFIT FOR GUESTS. They treat the staff like slaves and steal their tips. The property is old, worn down, in renovations and unsafe for children. I asked for a low floor and the beds were uncomfortable dirty smelly and the bathrooms were super old and unhygienic. Upon arrival there was a family of four and we decided to get an extra room which we then had to pay cash and they screwed us. We spent many hundreds of dollars on a motel 6 or less. The breakfast was horrible and Guillermina was making it every morning in not very sanitary conditions. They didn’t even have the basics like hot water kettle or microwave in the room. Every evening I needed to take my medication with tea with hot water and they refused to provide it or they did so in a very rude manner. The owner one night open the door to us and turned his back on us not greeting us every time you need to go in to that hotel you have to knock on the door they don’t even give you a key. NO UBERS NEARBY, Sorry was super hard for us to get transported into the city center. We had our own car and parked it there but the guy made us move it and didn’t want us to get the car out again because there was other people coming. People there are sick and sanitary bad customer service and I feel like they have bedbugs. They don’t have any sanitizing gel anywhere or the staff who’s cooking does not wear a mask. The bathroom sinks were blocked and the finishes inside the bathrooms were terrible. The four year old girl we were traveling with open the window on the first floor next to the bed only to find that there’s a full there’s not even anything protecting she could’ve fallen of the first floor. VERY UNSAFE. The whole property has humidity issues with black mold which is very unsafe. I spoke to one of the staff and she told us how horrible they were to them and how they steal their tips and how they don’t even let them eat and that they treat them inhumanely which I could see just by the way they treated us. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE AND NEVER STAY THERE. THEY RUINED OUR THANKSGIVING
