房間空間很大但隔音不好，大馬路上的交通聲音非常大聲。熱水不熱也沒有暖氣，12月床上的毛毯非常薄，穿著羽絨衣睡覺。

Es la segunda án muy que llegamos al Hotel y siempre muy satisfechos ahora mi esposa se quejó del colchón ? Respecto de los Alimentos, les falta creatividad están muy sin chiste y el café de olla pesimo

Really good hotel

It's nice place but we had important things to do and couldn't go there! And it couldn't change time or cancel!

Todo muy bien

A fabulous hotel at the entrance of San Miguel. The location is great, although is not right at the center of the city it turned out to be better for us (you avoid the noise of the fireworks all night long). The rooms where clean, spacious and with a beautiful style. The lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. And the swimming pool is amazing. But! The Jewel of our stay was the hotel itself, is decorated in such an exquisite way! It looks like an antique store, full of details and beautiful objects! Will definitely stay again here in my next visit to San Miguel de Allende.
