Personnel accueil - nettoyage - animateur au top et disponible, etc. Un magnifique séjour dans votre établissement.

Hotel more like a 18 to 30 holiday, very noisy around the pool, noisy near our room we asked for a quiet room which it was not. Food only warm at all meals, plenty of pork on the show cooking night after night. Drinks were ok. Restaurant very busy you had to queue most of the time. We went to the Tex Mex restaurant this was terrible insects crawling over the partition next to our table, this was never Mexican food, very poor. My sister had at least 6 large cockroaches in her room, the receptionist was understanding and arrange for the room to be sprayed and deep cleaned , the following day more cockroaches, room sprayed again and was left a can of insecticide. We was on the first floor overlooking the hotel entrance.

El hotel está súper bien y lo recomendaría sin duda, aunque la habitación y la comida hubiesen podido ser mejor... Destacamos sin duda a Manuel de animación porqué nos hizo las vacaciones super divertidas involucrandonos en todas las actividades. Es un chico fantástico y es sin duda la razón por la cual a la gente le encanta este hotel, sin duda el mejor animador que haya encontrado en los hoteles donde he estado.

Just got back from the above hotel after a stay of 10 nights. It is your bog standard Canarian golf resort establishment. It was kept very clean. Plenty of pools and loungers but not enough parasoles to go around, especially round the children's pool by building 4. Plenty of variety of food. Bed was more comfortable then I was expecting, room cleaned every day and you chose when bedding was changed. The big problem we had was the A/C, despite having separate controls we could not get it below 24c. After 2days of complaining, it took a visit to the Jet2 rep to get anything done but the temperature never went below 21c afterwards. The other problem was, despite the hotel web site said, Wi-Fi was not available throughout the hotel. It was totally useless. I used a Kindle fire and had Wi-Fi first thing till about 8:30 then nothing until very late at night 🌙.The system is appalling and not fit for purpose. The rep got involved with that as well but nothing changed. I would stay away from there if you want any internet access. I have used my device in many resorts on all islands and never had any problems so I ruled out my device being at fault. The Wi-Fi network there is pathetic.

Hotel molto bello e soprattutto molto curato. Da italiani avevamo paura del cibo, ma onestamente siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dalla varietà e dalla qualità. Stanza molto bella e confortevole. Animazione davvero ottima, se l’hotel è così bello e scoppiettante è sicuramente merito del one man show Manuel che con il suo carisma travolge l’hotel e lo rende unico. Se la gente torna in questo hotel è sicuramente merito suo. Lo abbracciamo con affetto e torneremo per rivederlo.

Experiencia buena en el alua atlantico una atención buena de todos los trabajadores, cabe destacar la animacion, se han portado bien erika y manuel( markel) con nosotros, muchas actividades, voley, ping pong, waterpolo, dardos…. La comida bastante bien para el precio que pagamos, la bebida algo mediocre pero siendo todo incluido nos lo esperamos, las habitaciones grandes y limpias
