Excellent as ever and that is why it was our eighth time at the hotel since 2011. However, a small number of things let it down and I will elaborate below: 1. Restaurant dress code - the dress code, particularly in the evenings, is clearly stated in the documentation and app but is never enforced. We always like to dress nicely in the evenings but many turn up to dinner in vest tops, baseball caps, flip flops, ripped jeans, sports shorts/tops etc. If you state a dress code, please enforce it. Either that or remove the dress code from your documentation. 2. Identification of vegetarion food - on several occasions, during our stay, rice dishes, for example, were labelled as "Rice with vegetables". However, on closer inspection they clearly contained cubes of pork or other meat. A similar situation existed for many foods that did not make it clear about the meat content and only mentioned the vegatbles on the label. For vegans and strict vegetarians, this is not a good situation at all. Why not have all of the vegetarian/vegan foods in one or two serveries so that it is clear? Instead, actuall vegetarion food was often placed amongst the meat section, whihc seems a little bit crazy. 3. The use of mobile phones in restaurants - there seems to be a growing trend of people (particularly the young) putting their phones on loudspeak, shouting into them and then picking them up and putting the bottom speaker to their ears, rather than using their phones in a conventional way. This means everyone arround the offenders are subjected to listening to both sides of someone's conversation at full volume. As well as being totally unnecessary, it is very rude and I think staff should be prepared to suggest that people take their calls outside.

The room on the surface looked clean but when we switched on the jets in the bath hair balls came out! Clearly had not been cleaned in some time. We stuck to using the shower. We were all inclusive and asked for a coffee after dinner in the buffet, which was fine but the next night we were told no we had to wait till after dinner and order at the bar. Don’t think having a coffee after dinner is an unusual or difficult request. Spirits were also not available with the meal only wine and beer, again unexpected from a 5 star hotel that’s all inclusive, another trip to the bar after dinner instead of enjoying with my meal. The kids club was great my 5 year old son enjoyed it but the kids disco was at 4pm when usually this is in the evening at 7/8pm in most hotels. Would be good if the kids club was on for longer in the day or had an evening section rather than ending in the late afternoon. Over all this hotel was good but definitely 4 star not 5. I have been to a few all inclusive 5 star hotels and all have more/better facilities/rooms. The hotel rooms are a little tired as a few ppl have said in their reviews, modernisation of them would help to push up the star rating. We would return to Tenerife as this was our first time on the island but probably not to this hotel.

Hôtel : . Situé à 10.15 min de l'aéroport donc parfait (quelques bruits d'avion mais ne gêne en rien) . Très propre . Piscines nombreuses et très belles. . Personnel très professionnel : toujours le sourire, le petit mot gentil qui fait plaisir, à l'écoute. . 3 bars : personnel à l'écoute malgré la barrière de la langue. Les cocktails du bar de la réception sont d'une excellente qualité !!!! . Chambre très spacieuse avec tous les accessoires d'un 5 étoiles : peignoirs, chaussons, brosses à dents et j'en passe ! . Restaurant principal en buffet matin midi soir : beaucoup de choix (impossible de ne rien manger !) Ô Club : Que dire ... Simplement MERCI !!! Merci à Romane pour son accueil inoubliable ! Merci pour son sourire quotidien ! Merci pour sa joie de vivre et sa bonne humeur ! Merci pour son professionnalisme ! Merci de ces beaux moments partagés entre français chaque soirée lors du jeu Apéro. Une belle pensée à Candice rencontrée la veille de notre départ ... Elles sont notre pilier francophone et nous ont permit de faire de belles rencontres.

Consigliatissimo, non manca nulla. Qualita’ ottima a partire dalla stanza, attenzione ai dettagli e tutto da mattina a sera, non manca nulla. Tornerò sicuramente a viaggiare cercando altre strutture della stessa catena 🔝!!!!

Magnifique hôtel et très bien entretenu avec services d’exception , le personnel est d’une très grande qualité, efficacité et toujours souriant. Notre séjour en famille dans une chambre de luxe en front de mer avec option royal Level fût inoubliable .

Las instalaciones y el personal es de 10!! Nos encantó el bufet que era muy completo y el trato del personal del bar plaza. Es una pena que en la habitación nos desapareció un colgante de perlas. Nunca salió de la habitación, por lo tanto nos lo robaron.

Bel hôtel situé en bord de mer mais sans plage exploitable. L’hôtel est composé de plusieurs niveaux avec des piscines tout le long. Niveau activité, c'était calme mais agréable. Repas: petit déjeuner complet, rien à dire. Buffet c est bon! Mais on s ennuie vite. Les thèmes des buffets sont peux exploités. Les cocktails sont bon et meilleur au bar de la réception. Bémole lors du départ, après Check Out on vous coupe le pass pour le restaurant malgrés les départs tardifs Ne pas prendre les excursions sur le site FRAM, elle coute 40% moins chère sur place.

Great relaxing holiday. Staff friendly and helpful special mention to Jose at the bar , Fernando on reception and our lovely cleaning lady that looked after our room. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday then this is the place , we will be back !!
