Jenny at the front was not accommodating. The elevator was not working, making it difficult for us to get our staff back to the lobby. Thanks to Sir MM for helping our friends get our room.

Twice na nakapag stay here. Still nakakarelax nagkaproblema lang sa elevator. Pero masaya naman ang buong pamilya ko.

We checked in this hotel and the view was just breathtaking. We had issues with the first room, but they were able to assist us quickly with another room and everything was so smooth after. The gym was spacious and lots of activities. Great experience and great staff.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the high level of professionalism demonstrated by all staff members. The front desk team was efficient and courteous, making the check-in process seamless and pleasant. The room was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and provided a comfortable space to relax. I would also like to highlight the excellent service provided by the staff. The meals were delicious, with a wide range of options, and the service was prompt and attentive. Special mention to angelica,kar,jerome who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their dedication and customer-first approach truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend timberland to both business and leisure travelers seeking top-notch service, comfort, and convenience. I look forward to returning in the future.

The place was clean and well maintained. The location is not near everywhere, like it's isolated from the main city. Service is good but the crew isn't sure where our room is. Amenities are okay.

The elevator was not working for my entire stay of 4d3n. I had a two year old in tow so i had to climb two flights up for the buffet lagi after crossing from the other building. If the weather was bad, this would have been a nightmare. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Staff is 10/10. The room is good pero hindi consistent ang water pressure (and therefore, yung init ng tubig). Especially if you're bathing a kid, you have to be really careful how you set it. I love how my laptop fits sa security deposit box tho. A suggestion: include a map! I forgot there was even a play area and I'm sure my daughter would have enjoyed it.

Timberland is a great place to stay. The ambiance, location , food and amenities are great! my 6 year old family member loves to go back the soonest.
